Location is very convenient and easy to access the city.

The breakfast could use some improvement. The items weren't hot. They advertised healthy options, but not on the same day! One day was pork sausage and the next day was turkey sausage! The eggs are not real eggs! Bread selection was store boughten white or wheat bread. Butter was hard as a rock. Bubbles came out of the coffee thermos.

Very clean, very friendly staff, very comfortable bed, good breakfast. Really good overall, very satisfied with our stay.

Shower door didn't close well, so lots of water on the floor---we had to use most of the towels to mop up water. However, this was very promptly addressed by staff when we mentioned it.

The size of the room was excellent. We enjoyed the "living room" area. The breakfast was quite varied, and they provided almond milk with a smile when I asked if they had any non-dairy "milk". They had a variety of breads, bagels and two kinds of muffins. They had oatmeal and three cold cereals. They had hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, and waffles. There were bananas and apples and on the weekdays they had a fresh fruit mix including melons, pineapple and grapes. They had yogurts and three kinds of juices. As a vegetarian, there is usually not such a variety to choose from! There was plenty of parking. The location was close to the major roads and the city had plenty of choices for shopping.

It would have been nice to have a jacuzzi in the pool area, the pool being quite small. It would have been nice if the freezer in the refrigerator had had a way to close so things could freeze.

The location is just off the freeway and easy to get to. The family enjoyed the pool and the cleanliness. The king size suites are nice and roomy.

It is close to the freeway on ramp and you can hear a little bit noise but not enough to really disturb you. The only real thing that was a bother was finding no extra bedding for the pull out bed, had to ask for it.

We arrived early because we had tickets to the Air Zoo Kalamazoo, and left our bags there. The Staff people were super kind. Everything was clean, the room was great, and the breakfast this morning was appropriated, fresh and good for a morning meal. The 12:00 at noon hrs for a checkout is wonderful. Next time, we will visit this place again. Thanks to everyone.

Staff were ready to help. I have stayed here before and will continue to do so whenever I am in Kalamazoo.

There was a disconnect between the hotel and booking.com. My booking wasn't reflecting when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel couldn't find it. And i booked 2 weeks before. So, what would have happened if the hotel was packed full? That was my only disappointment.

Parking and wifi were good. We didn't use the swimming pool but if looked nice and tidy. Location: a little far from the city, but there were several places to eat very close to the hotel. Silent air conditioning.

Breakfast needs more variety of breads (only white for toasts) and jams. (only strawberry). Coffee wasn't hot enough, more like lukewarm. No microwave to heat scrambled eggs for example.

I was having 2-week trip. Fairfield Inn Kalamazoo West was my 3rd hotels during the trip. It’s surprisingly homey, the front desk receptionists were hospitable, special compliment to Amy (Not sure if I spell correctly) who was extremely helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty! Particularly, I love the soft bed! I had the BEST sleep during the trip. Definitely will visit again :-)

Even though the ironer and ironing board malfunction, the overall experience still exceeded expectations considering the cost.

Hotel is back by itself, but not hard to find. Breakfast was good. What made the difference was the hotel staff. Staff was personable and went out of their way to ensure guest needs and questions were answered. They were genuine and across the board seemed happy to be there to help. Thank you!
