In overall great customer service, very comfortable space, Breakfast was delicious, the lady that was refilling buffet was very kind and friendly, made you feel welcome. Reception staff was also very nice.

I must say cleaning needs more attention, the cabinets where dusty from inside. And another thing the stove is rusting as well as some of the cooking pan even a spoon had rust not only is it unsanitary but not safe. And I saw the same garbage bags outside for 3 days.

The staff was incredibly accommodating to our needs in switching us to a different room, breakfast was great and check in was quick. Staff was also very polite and helpful.

There were some very "obnoxious" individuals hanging around the lounge and sprinting up and down the halls when we got there and we could barely communicate with staff over the volume. Not any fault of the staff and they definitely did their best to handle the situation.

It was very quiet. Nice to have a larger refrigerator. Large room. Other than coffee, we did not have breakfast while we were there.

There were no bananas with breakfast. It would have been nice to have a lighted, magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

Pool was freezing, I came there specifically for the pool with my grand children. The air in the pool room was cold as well, a maintenance man turned it up but takes to long to heat for our visit. I have a pool I bet the temp was 70 and the room air in the 60s. First room Inwas assigned wasn’t clean, she immediately assigned me a new room. Overall a good stay but not excellent.

We didn’t eat breakfast but the selection looked very good. There was fresh fruit and the coffee was hot and very good. Bagels and sausage and other items all looked good.

The noise fron the parking lot, people playing radios very loud in their vehicles, was not the fault of the hotel. I solved the problem with earplugs but my wife won’t wear them.

The breakfast provided was well stocked and food fresh with many choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The suite had a kitchen but it was missing most of the dishes, cups and silverware. The pool was supposed to be heated but the water was cool not even bath water temp.

Easily accessed from the interstate (although directions from one of the staff were not correct!) Stacy at the front desk was a stellar example of hospitality, answering the many questions we had during our stay. She needs a raise!!!

Bathroom seemed a little dingy.

I stay here every time I visit family. I enjoy it very much. The staff is always great.

The pool was no in working order while we were there. However the staff was kind enough to be able to let us go to a sister hotel down the road to swim.

Good breakfast. Hotel was quiet. Nice to have full fridge and kitchenette. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a small problem when first checking in but it was fixed immediately:) Stacy, at the front desk at check in was very nice and helpful.

We booked here because they had a pool, yet the pool was not working, should update website to say no pool if not working.
