Breakfast was delicious, wifi was great, cookies at the door, the bed was comfy, temperature control was easy to use. Staff was awesome and very friendly, it was a pleasure to interact with everyone!

There was something wrong with the tv(the screen was purple? Maybe it was dying), the remote didn't work for all of the buttons, the lighting in the room was not very bright. There was a switch in the room I had no idea what it was for, (hoping maybe more light) being on ground floor made it strange to keep the blinds open

The location was convenient, but the long access road should have a sign. It would be hard to spot at night. Our room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet during the 5 nights we were there. Breakfast included several healthy options, and the breakfast area was bright and pleasant.

Housekeeping seemed to be having some problems. Our room wasn't clean, and they skipped us entirely one day. Another day they ran out of clean towels. They could do a better job of keeping the breakfast items stocked. I also wish they would use paper plates and cups instead of plastic. The recycling bin was a joke because there was nothing to recycle.

Quiet at night. Comfy beds. Nice staff at front desk. Nightlight in the bathroom. Plenty of towels for the asking.

Breakfast was lacking everything but sweet rolls due to delivery truck being a day late! The bathtub was dangerously slippery. I asked for a bathmat. They didn’t have one but suggested I use a towel. And they gave me several extras. That worked just fine.

Liked location convenient to family. Breakfast was very good lots of selections. Kept very clean and replenished as needed.

I did ask for more towels upon checking room and they were not on room when we returned. Spouse had to go down and get them. Tried to purchase chips and bottled water to take to room. We were told we coul not use cash because they couldn't give us change. Tried to use debit card but wasn't working right and the desk person couldn't help us with it so we did not get our snacks.

Staff was great. Amanda was helpful. Our first room was very nice however there was people in a room near by that were smoking an unbelievable amount of weed and it basically took over the entire floor. We had not been in the room 5 min and just could not handle the smell. I asked if we could be moved and within 2 min she had us a new room on a different floor. This was great. Again the room was nice and clean. She did mention she was going to investigate the smell since it was a no smoking hotel. There were a bunch of signs as well. Overall no big deal but they were very helpful!

Great choices for breakfast. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Helpful staff. Concierge for example, called restaurants/bars to see if they were still open when I checked in late at night so I wouldn't be just driving aimlessly at night.

Pancake machine was always glitching out. Morning manager had to keep adjusting it to make it work. Hot water wasn't always available when coming in past midnight, sometimes would to have something hot to put me to sleep, had to microwave water in my room.

The breakfast was excellent. And Flo did a wonderful job with the breakfast, keeping things stocked and the area clean. She was very helpful also.

Most of the hand sanitizers did not work properly. One of the computers in the business area did not function properly at all.

The location was perfect for easy on/off the highway. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious, with many different items to choose from, including eggs, bacon, sausage & pancakes. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No complaints for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would likely choose this location again. It was modern and clean with great amenities, with a friendly and helpful staff. The pool was very clean and modern.

We loved the breakfast. Nice selection. Temperature was great if selection. Monitored well by Flo the lady taking care of the food and ver helpful. Such a nice employee 👏🏽

First room assigned to was not good. Refrigerator wasn't working and bathroom wall lower border had white caulking apparently. It was not looking good.

Bed was firm which I loved. I was very tired after being on the road driving for 10+ hours. Breakfast was decent.

The rooms are modern, but that means cold and echoes. It's just the current style of today, that isn't warm and inviting, which bothers me. Regarding breakfast, I'm very concerned about the use of Styrofoam dishes from an environmental standpoint.
