Had a little mix up with my room. Needed a handicap accessible room. When I asked if there was anyway I could switch rooms, the staff jumped right in it. They didn't have the same type room that I was originally in so they moved us to adjoining rooms. When the air conditioning wasn't working in one of those rooms, they moved me to the room on the side, so my group could still be close. It was the 4th of July weekend and that staff went above and beyond to get us what we needed. The breakfast every morning was wondering. Had either omelets or scrambled eggs. You could make your own waffle. Kimberly, one of the workers in the kitchen was on top of everything. Making sure the area and tables were clean. Asked if we needed thing and was very friendly.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. A special thank you to Natasha for her above and beyond assistance with tickets. It was our first stay in a Hilton hotel. Now it's the only one we will stay at.

Nothing. Parking was good, staff friendly, and the room was spotless.

The room cleanliness , was above the usual. ERIC @ front desk was very attentive and made my stay wonderfull. Thank You Eric. Very pleasant Staff.

The shower needs a Non Slip flooring or mat .... , an Older person will slip & fall & brake their Ass in there ....

The location was perfect for our purpose needing a motel. Beautifully New Facility & will definitely use again if the need arises. Thank You.

The only thing that disturbed me was Breakfast; watching Parents Waste Food with Children:( Not sure how That Could Be Solved…

The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Lobby staff were kind and helpful. Requested a quieter room and received it.

The breakfast attendant was too friendly. Constantly initiating conversations with guests. I found that rude and annoying.

New, clean, comfortable, lots of amenities available.

A little pricey and a bit far from town. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and disorganized, and food wasn't refilled, although it was a super busy weekend, so I get it.

Just OK. Make your own waffles & toast save the day. Eggs, potatoes, and sausage are filler only.

No bottled water in room. They gave us a room close to the elevator which was too noisy in the morning

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I felt pampered. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

I didn't like just staying one night and I didn't have time to swim in the beautiful pool.

Very professional and also very friendly too. I have to mention Amy on the front desk and also Kim on the breakfast bar area. They were amazing.
