Nice tile floors without the gross carpet some hotels have. Comforters, pillows, beds were nicer than expected. Fridge and microwave were clean and operational. The TV worked fine, coffeemaker in room was appreciated. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Desk clerk was very cheerful and helpful. Air conditioning worked well. The only thing not perfect was the hot tub was out of order, but it was 90 degrees and we wouldn't have used it anyway. Also, there were not any outlets to charge devices, but we found one behind the nightstand. The plug in the lamp didn't work. That would be my only suggestion for improvement--to provide charging ports.

No charging ports for phones or laptops.

The rooms were exceptional and the staff matched. Will def stay here on our next trip

The breakfast could of had more attention

The breakfast room was dark and uninviting. We had coffee which was good.

Again the breakfast offering and then appearance. We were there it a little after 8am.

Very nice and clean property with lots of parking and food options around to explore

The location was good for the things we were doing in the area.

The Hot tub was not usable and the pool was super cold and we could not get in it either.

I can't say enough how friendly the whole staff is from management to house keeping. Our stay ended up being almost a month long and we felt at home...

Room was like brand new. Room was the right size for one king bed. Extremely quiet.

It appeared that there was only one luggage cart on the premises, and I was unable to use it upon check-out. I had to carry luggage down the stairs from the third floor in three trips. Drug dealer operating out of room on first floor by the back entrance.

How well the staff and mgmt went out of there way with smiles and pleasant voices to accomadate all guests and make it comfortable as possible for all.When in Battle Creek it will be the only place I stay

The manager was exceptional. She found one last room for us when booking.com canceled my reservation an hour before we checked in due to an old credit card on file.

The rooms definitely need to be updated and old mattresses replaced.
