We were a little hesitant but it was one of the best overnight stays on our trip. Each room had a different theme and decoration. Parking right in front of room, clean, nice grounds surrounding, friendly staff. Decent breakfast items considering an older facility.

Very beautiful facility. The beds were very comfortable and the linens smelled clean and fresh.

The door to our room was hard to open and close. The bathroom needs to be updated, the door needs to be replaced and the toilet needs to be upgraded. When we checked in, we were told that breakfast was from 7a-10a and when we went for breakfast at 9:30, we found out that it was only until 9:00 during the week, so there was no more coffee, juice. We were told by people coming out of the dining area that it was the best continental breakfast they’ve ever had.

Warm welcome from front desk and quick checkin. Manager helped us in luggage too as there was no elevator and he fixed tv issue also quickly when we called. While check out also he gave us memorable water bottle for kids wow. Breakfast was full continental with all variety. lot of parking space.

Elevator missing in such a huge property and bigger gym and more amenities for kids. Smart tv with more channels. I think furniture looks like too old which m sure management is replacing soon as sign says under new ownership.

Room was large and nicer than expected, jacuzzi was huge, shower pressure was good.

The room and hotel were very clean. The front desk staff were very nice and very well dressed!

The lighting in the bathroom is very dim and they need to put exhaust fans in the bathrooms

Full continental breakfast was served. Amazing varities bread,bagels,muffins,juices, cereals of so many types,sausages,gravy and biscuits with waffle and coffee 24 by 7 with lot of varieties of tea.New mattresses were so comfortable.Owner was smiling and welcoming. Manager CK was always on toes to help. Preet at desk helped in quick check-in and Sai was friendly while checkout. Housekeeping staff was very good.

There is nothing which you cant like about this property in battlecreek. It is very well maintained with professional staff and great location too. Next time will stay in Jacuzzi hot tub rooms.

so many varieties of continental breakfast, i just loved it. Bagels and cream cheese was the best. Breakfast attendant was perfect and the best attentive. She gave me waffle made by her wooo. Coffee was superb. Front desk was smiling and welcoming plus helping for luggage too. Manager was very helpful. Beds were super comfortable. Indoor pool was nice for kids its bigggg. Guest laundry has nice space. Smart tvs in the room with beautiful lightings. Will visit again and again if in Battlecreek.

Carpet in hallways looks old, but thats ok.

I only dealt with the front desk people a few times but they were great everytime especially at check in. Parking was free and large parking lot. Breakfast and pool were both open when I was there. Pool seems like it stays open late. Room has fridge, microwave, coffeemaker

There was no elevator so if you’re on the second floor you gotta lug all your stuff upstairs by yourself. The jacuzzi room is poorly laid out as one bed is on the other side of the room and can’t see the TV where it is on the other side of the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi looked dirty like there was sand or soap scum at the bottom so I never went in it. Could have saved $80 and got a normal room and would have been happier. Battle Creek isn’t the liveliest town so if you’re arriving after 10pm nothing, not even McDonald’s, will be open

The jacuzzi tub was very nice. That weekend was our 48th wedding anniversary and that was one reason why we booked the room. We really had a very good time! We will definitely be going back again!

No one told us how the jacuzzi tub in the room worked, so we had to have someone come and show us what we were doing wrong. The man came right up, though, and took care of it. All in all, it was a very pleasant weekend!
