The staff is very friendly, and if you have kids, there's lots of amenities. Also, the staff does many rounds to make sure the hotel stays tidy. Inside pool, play ground area, arcade games, etc. are great for all.

The air didn't seem to be on much, so it was a bit warm and stuffy but the pool area, but it wasn't too bad. Having an indoor pool can make the humidity high, but it wasn't too bad. Still a great time.

I liked it a lot! It's an old converted Holiday Inn style building with rooms that cluster around a pool. It was sort of nostalgic for me, since I attended various conferences in past years in hotels like it. It was quiet, private and very restful. Glad to see a workable tub since I have a sore back and needed to soak. Good fridge and microwave. Very kind and helpful staff. I also liked that the hotel is located on roads that are set back from the main roads. Made me feel safer.

Only 2 things: The bed was so high up and I was having back problems. I dealt with it but it was a minor issue. Right before I checked out, they keys kept going red on me and locking me out, but we finally figured it out. Both were minor issues.

The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and warm. Close to restaurants and Highway 69. Was quiet for sleeping.

The breakfast needed help. No fruit-no peanut butter for toast-how about some hot chocolate? The room needed pictures it was so drab. Tv wasn't on-it would have been nice to watch the weather channel. Not everyone one has a smart phone.

Everything from the welcoming staff to the quick fixes for any issues. They're friendly and open to talk about anything and accommodating. Wish the price was a bit cheaper, for all the amazing staff and everything I can't complain at all though.

Just the price I wish was a bit lower especially during non holiday seasons but I understand.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast had a very nice variety to suit many people.

The hallway carpet and walls needed cleaned and painted. That is the first impression of a motel. The motel was tucked back by itself and difficult to find. It needs more signs indicating how to get to it.

The pool was absolutely wonderful..each room on first floor had sliding glass door to the pool which was nice. Location was great at well. Close to restaurants.

The price was a bit much. Breakfast same as the rest.

This is a very clean, and nice quiet location to relax and enjoy all of the things to do in this beautiful part of Michigan. Nilsa, the manager was soooo nice upon arrival. She upgraded my room at no extra charge to a whirlpool suite, after she noticed I was stretching my back from being on the highway!!. That goes a long way for us. Thanks Nilsa.

Nothing. This was a bargain!!!

The staff is friendly, room quiet. Unsual layoff is real nice, in my opinion. This was my second time staying here.

It is a little tricky finding the way into the facility, meandering a little to a very spacious bu backlot. I remembered this from my previous stay here. Another arrow or two might help.

I love the fact they have balcony rooms that lead straight to pool and playground

The edging around the bottom of wall was coming apart and the blankets were stained

The pool, game rooms, big playset inside for kids. The room was roomy and the hot tub rocked. Breakfast in the morning it was a great weekend we will stay again.
