The hotel is new, clean, and visually appealing—everything looks fresh and well maintained. We were particularly impressed by the cosmetic mirror in the bathroom—a real “wow” detail we didn’t expect! However, the American-style breakfast was very poor. No vegetables at all, and overall the selection was extremely limited. Most days, the waffle station is the highlight, but unfortunately during our stay, even the waffle maker was broken. That left very few appealing options. Still, the hotel’s location right off the highway makes it perfect for travelers in transit, and the overall comfort and cleanliness were very good.

Breakfast needs serious improvement; the current setup is very low standard and not satisfying

First time staying at the Wingate, and we were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and the personal service at breakfast. Our room looked brand new - like we were the first to ever stay there. I was quiet and relaxing. No external noise from the hallway or outside in the parking lot.

We usually get a two room suite, but this hotel didn't have any so we ended up having to get a king one room. It would be nice if you had a few two room suites to offer guests. Also, there isn't a pool, so that puts off families that might want to stay there.

The staff were kind, the facilities were very nice, and the location was great.

We were surprised to find that this hotel did not offer complimentary bottled water in the rooms. As someone who travels frequently and stays in a variety of hotels, I’ve come to expect at least one bottle of water as a standard courtesy, especially when a coffee maker is provided in the room, but no water to go with it. Additionally, the water pressure was noticeably low on two out of the three days we stayed, which made showers less than ideal.

This was our first time ever staying at a wingate hotel. Our stay was 2 nights! I have stayed at lots of hotels including fancier ones as well, and this location exceeded all of my expectations!! The atmosphere is super relaxing, and very minimalistic. Hotel is super clean, staff are very friendly/knowledgable, fridge is very spacious compared to most hotels, and beds and pillows are super comfortable!!! Not only is this such a great hotel, but its right around the corner from a loves gas station that has literally anything you can think of that you would forget at home! The loves gas station also has a dog park which is super convenient since the hotel is pet friendly! 1000/10 Stars!

Loved the location. I really liked how it sat back from the main road. It helped for a more peaceful night's rest. The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The room had a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave very convenient. I also liked how they carried dove products. It was convenient to have a gas station, Taco Bell, and McDonald's, located right in front as well.

We liked everything

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. It had a nice breakfast. This hotel was very easy to get to and very close to gas stations and McDonald's. The staff was very friendly, and check-in and out were quick and easy.

I did not care for the breakfast meat and the sausage gravy. The gravy was runny, and it should be thick. The bacon was turkey bacon, so I had to get sausage if I wanted any meat. The rest of the food was good, and there was an adequate amount.

The staff is always friendly! We live Tammie, she’s wonderful!!

Nothing to do with the hotel or staff. But there was a very drunk creepy man setting in the hallway. Which we had to pass to get to our room. It really scared my kids. I around and reported him to front desk and the took care of it immediately. Thank you for always taking great care of us!!

I really liked the walk-in shower with soap, shampoo and cream rinse in pump dispensers. The choice of Dove cucumber scent was a good choice for someone who is sensitive to strong smells. I also liked having both a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Having a Keurig coffeemaker in the room was also very nice.

The eggs at breakfast were very rubbery and flavorless. The other breakfast items were good though.

My son and I stayed at the hotel because of location, clean reasonable accommodation. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in the elevator with a gentleman that worked for the hotel and he was friendly and funny. The front desk and housekeeper were very friendly and helpful. It made a difference since we were dealing with family issues, even though they were unaware of what we were dealing with. It was nice to have someone say good morning, have a nice day. Your staff is excellent and because of that reason we are staying at the location when we return in June.

the hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Good hot breakfast. Bed was comfy. Shower was nice and spacious and clean. Great Pillows, easy parking lot

Caulk in the bathroom is always one of those things that looks moldy and dingy - same here. They wouldnt let us park our motorcycles up close to keep an eye on them. Many hotels will allow it as long as we are not in the fire area. The front desk clerk was very kind to explain that it was a management decision not hers. The price was ridiculous. We tried to book it for $100 on the Wyndham site but it wouldnt go through, then tried again for $146 then $164 and then finally at midnight it booked for $196! We were on motorcycles and over tired. Very frustrating to say the least
