Staff help, breakfast, laundry facilities and comfort and the bed were wonderful and comfortable. The staff and the maid service were great. I needed quarters and the front desk offered that. I also like the fact that you could get coffee all the time.

I would have liked a hot tub or jacuzzi tub however, I could not find that on the website as an option. if that is available, I would like to know how to get those rooms. I would like to be able to check in earlier then 3 o'clock I wish the check in time was at 1:00. We drive straight through from Minnesota, and we are exhausted after a 10-hour drive.

Sheets were awesome and bed very comfortable! The breakfast selection was very good! Well above average for a hotel breakfast. Rooms spacious and clean!

Somehow, after we checked in, our room was also given to another person who used their key and walked in on us! They were as shocked as we were (thankfully, neither of us had just stepped out of the shower). Next morning after breakfast, we found that our keys had been deactivated and our names was no longer on the occupant list!

When you walked in the hotel smelled very clean. The gentleman working the front desk was very kind and helpful. They offer fresh baked cookies at check in. The rooms are very large. The warm breakfast was one of the nicest I have had at a hotel. The food was all well seasoned and had good flavor. The oatmeal was cooked perfectly! The pool is open from 7am-11pm so if you are too tired at night, there is always time to swim before check out. The hotel was nice, calm, and quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable.

The handicap accessible room was on the 3rd floor (they do have an elevator). The bakery items at breakfast were dry, and they were out of orange juice. The bottom of the bathtub was very slippery and needed more grip tape put down.

I Loved the Breakfast it had so many choices and was very good. My room was very clean and the staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. I really enjoyed Paris who works at the front desk and Craig who does the breakfast. They are both very precious people.

I didn’t like being able to hear the people in the room above me walking across the floor.

Breakfast was good. They had oatmeal!!! My husband went for seconds on biscuits and gravy.

Beds are too tall! Short people like me feel like we're climbing Mt. Everest to get into bed. Frankly, it could be dangerous as it's easy to slip off the edge of the bed.

I was happy with everything. Updated facilities, nice furnishings, and clean. Good breakfast too!

I couldn't get cookies because I wasn't a reward member. Lame. I paid for the room, can't put cookies out there and not let me partake! LOL

The atmosphere was very nice and very clean.

When my husband and I arrived after our event we attended with our friends, Ryan, the one working at the desk was asleep and not very friendly. He double charged me off of booking and for another stay on our card.

I love the updated rooms! The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing. My daughter forgot her shampoo and luckily the hotel provides Dove essentials in the room. Pool was amazing and clean and the breakfast was delicious!! We will definitely be coming back!

We stay here at least a couple times a summer. It has become a place we can always count on for being just like we remembered. If that makes sense.

It's not unique to this hotel but just let the air conditioner run at night. Waking up to it being hot as the gates is annoying.

Did not eat Breakfast -had Coffee and the Coffee Station was excellent

Everything was fine. I cannot think of anything we did not like.
