Room was very clean, well laid out, simple and minimalist in style, and had comfortable beds. Shower was quite good. The breakfast attendant did an extraordinary job of resupplying food items as they were taken and keeping all surfaces clean.

We were surprised by the breakfast which was described as "American." It was much more Continental. The "options" referred to in the description of amenities were bagels, muffins, and yoghurt, as well as coffee, tea, and juice. That's good, but there was no egg option (either boiled or scrambled as is usually provided at breakfast hotels). There were no breakfast meats, waffles, or cereal. What was provided was of good quality and satisfying enough, but again it was a surprise that could have been avoided by a clearer description in the hotel writeup.

Very very clean, staff super courteous professional and polite, rooms were modern and relaxing, housekeeping was attentive, tbh a perfect stay for the price. Overall everything was great.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, the breakfast was basic but free (just cereals, bagels, boiled eggs, fruit, juice, and coffee), and it was a minor inconvenience to have to use the microwave in the lobby since there are none in the rooms.

My stay at the Spark by Hilton was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and strong, the AC worked very well, and the room was spotless. The bagels were fresh both mornings. The fruit was fresh, and the coffee was hot and delicious. The staff were wonderful...friendly and accommodating. Even the decor was bright and welcoming, and chic. Lastly, the place was very quiet.

The rooms were nice and spacious. My room was clean and the staff was mopping the foyer’s floor a lot to keep the snow and salt off of it. The staff went overboard to help us while we were there after my son’s knee surgery.

I wish the breakfast would have been better. Just bagels and cereal.

My experience at Spark by Hilton hotel was enjoyable. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

There was one area could use improvement: the breakfast selection. The breakfast was heavily focused on carbohydrates with very few protein options. Adding more protein-rich choices, such as eggs would greatly enhance the overall breakfast experience.

Very clean, good beds. Spacious room (except for shower/toilet area) with plenty of towels. Lots places to hang or store items. Good number of places for electronics to plug in.

Toilet and shower area was a bit cramped. Seat for desk was too low with no back. Room AC fan was noisy and ran all time unless it was completely turn off. No in-room coffee maker.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and in good shape from the front reception area all the way to the room. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Even getting down to breakfast close to 10, everything was well stocked and tended to. Especially for the low price, I was not expecting such a nice facility!

Check in on Friday was amazing. I thought I had booked for 2 nights but apparently that was not the case. The staff member checking me in was very gracious and there was a room available. Very friendly and professional! Room was very large and clean.

Brand new and very clean! Stylish decor and comfortable furniture. Staff was friendly and checking in and out was a breeze.

No clock in the room. Also, no outlet on one of the nightstands. Breakfast was very basic with little selection, but food was fresh and breakfast area clean.
