Very nice room, clean and tidy (I'm not normally into such contemporary decor, but this was a good change-up). Very nice staff, friendly and attentive. This hotel was a last-minute replacement for another venue that completely failed in every aspect of charm, cleanliness, and hospitality, and it was a marvelous substitution that we will remember and return to.

There was nothing about the hotel or its staff that wasn't good. Some of the other guests made a bit more noise than I'd have liked, but that may just be because of the echoes and sound transmission common to most newer hotel structures.

The room This is the 2nd. You see we stayed because I have a dog but a lot of light entered the room (because the curtains are plastic and DO NOT cover the entire window, they are ONLY decoration!) You can hear a LOT of noise from the other rooms and the floors They feel and are VERY dirty.

Clean as always! Excellent staff interaction. Breakfast area very well maintained with good options. Enjoyed the coffee & nice tea options. Just a recommendation- A magnified mirror in the bathroom for makeup application would have made the bathroom setup perfect

Only thing I did not like was that they had flooring in every room so that every move that the people made above you was very loud in your unit. kids running sounded like a herd of cattle.

Was a very convenient location. The hotel was much nicer than we expected. I just wish we could have made use of the pool. Our concert ran so late we couldn't use the pool upon returning. The pool was closed. The next morning we had to return home so we couldn't use the pool.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about it was very modern with great amenities, and was very clean. I will definitely stay there again if there is another event we want to attend down there.

Loved the lobby, the gym, the pool.

I would have liked to see a little more at the breakfast, hashbrowns or something for those who don't eat sausage/eggs. Would have appreciated the service pet not being charged for during the stay, was only $75 but that added to the overall cost of the trip.

A very very functional hotel - comfortable and very clean. Staff were friendly and the gym was perfectly adequate for a quick workout before travelling. Breakfast was decent and there were lots of games to keep kids entertained.

Breakfast was served on paper plate with plastic utensils - felt a bit wasteful but understandable. The AC in the rooms is very good but quite loud.

Very friendly receptionist at the check-in, great style lobby, pool area is warm with plenty towels, big/clean/quiet room, pool table & games are available in the lobby, very good breakfast

Water in the pool is a bit chilly

I loved the look and cleanliness of this place. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I also thought the lobby/play area was amazing. It's awesome that they have more amenities than just a pool and gym. They have a pool table and even boardgames to play. The location was also decent. It wasn't a long drive at all away from the art district (which is why we were there) and it was right where all the restaurants and stores were! I'd definitely like to stay there again!

The only things I didn't like, and even that is too strong of a sentiment because it's not that deep, are that there wasn't a microwave in the room (it's in the lobby), and they make the complimentary breakfast seem like it's going to be a lot different than your run of the mill continental breakfast, but it's the same thing. Also, the lighting in the room itself could have been better in that there should have been individual lights for both sides of the bed rather than one main switch controlling all the lights around the bed. It was way too bright for me to sleep while my husband was still up reading.

Everything about this property was amazing. Staff was super friendly. Would return here 100 times. Best hotel ever.

The beds are very hard like sleeping on concrete. I have a bad back so this part really does stink.
