Goldie at the front desk was amazing! So helpful! From the moment we arrived to the day we left (9 days) she was always checking on us, engaging and super fun. I thought I booked a room with a ADA walk in shower, but once we got the room, I realized this wasn't the room I needed. Goldie who checked me in was so helpful in correcting the error and finding us the right room for my mom's needs.

Walls/floors seems a little light on insulation, and there appeared to be some sloppy construction - paint was not done well, and there is a weird entrance/exit to the elevator that a tripping hazard.

Great location and amenities. I liked the fresh and modern vibe of the facility. The entertainment system was especially nice, including the checkout system on screen. Very nice!

For being a new hotel, there were some quality of workmanship issues. The sink faucet was not secured to the sink cabinet. It was very hard to use and should be secured very soon. Room 213. Also, the left wall of the shower surround was peeling away from the wall at the top. I noticed other minor issues like missing grout and bad drywall work. And one of the usb ports on the nightstand didn’t work. Most of these issues didn’t affect the quality of my stay except for the faucet, but they were just appearance issues that I noticed.

Very,very clean. It's a basic hotel (no coffee pots in the room) but well worth the stay. Don't worry, there is fresh coffee brewing 24/7 in the lobby. Nicely located as it sits back away from the main drag but only a minute or less, so getting to restaurants and such is no worries. I'd stay here again with no hesitation and highly recommend it.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed an early check in, greeted me every time upon my arrival. Breakfast was simple, but more than adequate with a large selection of items and well stocked. The room was cleaned well; nothing fancy, but it had great storage space and had everything I needed. Bed and pillows were comfortable

Goldie at the front desk was the most exceptional concierge we’ve ever encountered. She was personable, caring, and genuinely a joy to talk with. She consistently went above and beyond!

Kids missed out on having a pool at this hotel.

Loved that as soon as you walk in your welcomed by friendly staff. They were all very courteous. Very clean hotel. Room was exceptional. Loved the variety offered for the continental breakfast. Very good location. Next time I'm in town will stay there again.

Beds are so comfortable and the free breakfast is good for a hotel. Staff was adequate and let us change rooms when the a/c wasn’t working in the first room. Roomy bathroom.

Could be a little cleaner in the public areas but the room was clean.

Ver clean and modern. Had all we needed. Very well organized. The breakfast was complimentary and had all the essentials. The staff even gave a “last call” to each person eating in case they wanted more before it closed. I was very impressed. The pillow was so comfortable that I wanted to buy it - and they let me. Staff was very friendly!

Very nice hotel! Comfy bed and great location. Sunny checked us in and he was really nice.

Can hear the guests upstairs walking around during the night. There’s no carpet in the rooms so the sound of heels on the tile floors was kinda loud.

The room and building were so clean!! Amazing price, and we were able to bring our two furry friends with just a $25 charge for each. Great location right by everything you could need for a trip. Lots of stuff to do!

I wish the pet charge was a little more transparent, but I was willing to pay because it is a reasonable ask.
