The kids loved the pull out couch it was comfy for them! The breakfast was good! The lotion and shampoo conditioner combo smells phenomenal! (I just was curious about the smell) I wish there was a little bottle to keep, hehe! Overall, it's was a good stay! Just a few things that were not ok....

The king-size bed was a little too stiff. But that could be me! I like soft and comfy! Hubby didn't mind. Cleanliness was a little under done. There was a benadryl found in the right cubby hole by the bathroom on the sink. We have a 2-year-old that we are glad she didn't find it! I happened to and threw it out. The sink faucets had some build-up on them that I wiped right off when I cleaned. Found some wrappers not from the snacks we had on hand under the couch when we pulled it out as for some clear shiny substance I had to wipe off of the two square foot rest. Also, room 409 has a funky smell in the fridge/freezer. It could use some baking soda! Ps. The bedroom lamp light bulbs flicker, too!

Room excellent and clean. Breakfast diverse and abundant. Staff helpful and polite . In fact, it was excellent

But The entrance to the front desk was disgusting. Smell of must in area and hallways and the rug in front of desk died 2 yrs ago. What a shame to welcome guests to this entrance when all you neèd is a new rug and flowery or inviting smell. I almost left but i was too ex hausted

The employees went above and beyond! Booking.com hadn’t paid for our stay and I had already paid them. Caused some chaos but the front desk associate let us go to the room while he straightened out the issue. I cancelled my next booking with booking.com because of the issue, this is the second time, but thankful the hotel staff went above for us to get the issue resolved! ALSO, the breakfast was AMAZING & the little old man working it was the sweetest!

When we first got there the area seemed a little sketch but it was nice inside and we all felt very safe!

The lobby was modern. Staff were nice. Free breakfast was good.

Our original room was in rough shape and did have one serious issue. However after talking with staff about it, I was given a new, upgraded room at no additional cost. That room was very nice.

The location was great! We also enjoyed the breakfast. My girls were able to enjoy the pool and the snack options provided.

The pool was really cold. We made it work for us because it was a main reason we booked this property, but I wish the water was warmer and more comfortable!

The room was a decent size for our family of 4

The beds did not feel like a queen size, it felt more like a full. The A/C unit was very loud. I also didn’t like that there was no microwave inside the room. I had to go to the lobby from the 3rd floor to heat up 3-4 items at a time.

Front desk lady wasn't friendly. Wouldn't let us check in before 3pm. Wouldn't give us 3 keys. Computer didn"t work to print boarding passes. Elevator certification was expired by over 1 month. Hallway by elevator smelled awful. Carpet in lobby and halls looked dirty.

Breakfast was ok, there was a good selection. The bed was great, loved the pillows. Staff was friendly and even asked us how the concert was when we returned. The pool was enjoyable, a little cool but not cold.

The eggs had COLD spots. the electric socket in the bathroom was coming out of the wall. That's really it. Overall it was a nice stay.

Breakfast was good but the breakfast attendant was the best. Very attentive and had everything organized and clean.

Dated and worn rooms. Carpets in the hallway need cleaning.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, I really appreciated that. We had no issues and everything was great. The Bed and pillows were so comfy and our room was really clean. I would stay here again.

If I had to critique anything it would be the hallway to the room. They felt & looked dirty and could definitely use new carpeting, not a small task.
