The lobby had a pleasant scent, The front desk clerk was pleasant, explained the greeting text, and the valet staff were pleasant and helpful as well. Inside the room, guests can regulate the room temperature (default to 68 degrees), room had blackout curtains, a small fridge and safe. We had breakfast at the hotel's restuarant The Arbor. The food was delicious. The Hotel is centerally located in Fort Wayne Downtown area with several eateries, some within walking distance and others a quick ride around around the area. The hotel does provide self-parking but does have valet service, $30/day charged to the room. I would stay at this hotel again, should I visit Fort Wayne again.

The mattress was a little too soft for me but did sleep well during my stay. Dine-in room service is not 24 hours. Since The Arbor provides meals for dine-in room service the cut off time is 5pm. When we dined at the Arbor for breakfast one morning, I asked the waiter for his recommendations, He started with " I don't know you ...." then proceded to give recommendations. I ordered one his receommendations, the Brisket Hash, the food was definitely delicious. The bill was paid with cash, I wasn't given my change (0.23) and my receipt. That was my only unsettled experience at The Bradley.

The hotel had an awesome vibe. The scent when you walked in and the cleanliness was evident. Staff was friendly always greeting you on your way in and out of the hotel. I like the scented soaps in the shower and the sample size cream bar of soap etc.

For a boutique hotel there could be more add ons in the room such as robes, slippers, ironing board and iron for out of town guests. There could also be better coffee options such as star bucks and not everyone drinks coffee add some tea bag option.

The Bradley Hotel in downtown Fort Wayne is a beautiful hotel. This was our third staycation since we live in FW but love a local getaway. The icon Vera Bradley did the design and decor and she did not disappoint. The multiple colors/fabrics line the walls in the lobby , halls, and rooms. The mattress’s and bed linens are wonderful. I have back issues and I feel like never getting out of bed. The rooms are very spacious with a regular fridge, sink and counter. There is a very comfortable couch to relax on too. The Arbor Restaurant and Birdies Rooftop are very good. There is a coffee bar open all day so we could relax in the lobby with a Cappuccino. The Staff are friendly and helpful. There are light fixtures throughout the hotel that are so unique. The Valet guys are so friendly and helpful or you can park your car yourself across the street for a daily charge. The famous Coney Island is across the street, Kilwins Ice Cream Shop next door and you are walking distance to many restaurants. I know this review is long but we’ve traveled all over the world and this has got to be one of favorite hotels.

I live Vera Bradley designs and style so the whole place—even the elevator wallpaper—was a fun pleasure. The beds were super comfy and lots of storage space. We were in the Ft Wayne suite, very spacious and comfy. Uber-quiet, too. I appreciated the hallway water and ice, nice not to have to waste plastic and buy water bottles. Nice, compact, flexible gym, even Peleton equipment. Special shoutout to the valet staff, especially Remington on our checkout day, who helped us sort out times, late checkout etc. Truly, everyone there was special, cheerful and helpful—and I regret I don’t know all the names to thank.

It’s hard to name anything. I would have liked a coffee machine in the room BUT the very large strong coffees were free before 7a.m. So how can I complain?

Front desk personnel and valet attendant were friendly, helpful and courteous upon arrival. Most importantly, the room was clean along with the linens and towels. The breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The server was friendly and courteous.

The dining chairs were uncomfortable, especially when sitting for the purpose of eating at a table. I would consider them more like a cocktail/lounge chair. The breakfast could have been served in a more timely manner considering it was not very busy at the time.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The hotel is beautiful, the room was very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the food at the Arbor restaurant. We had dinner the night we check in and breakfast the next morning, the food and service was exceptional.

Finding parking was difficult, I felt the vale parking was a bit too expensive. Also the room description said there would be robes in the room, but there were not.

Breakfast was good, in all our stay they never had avocado toast ! other than that service and food were great. Location, was perfect.

I would say that house keeping was not the best, bed was not greatly made and towels were not well placed they mostly left them pile up in the sink and never rearrange the others, it's just that the hotel is so nice that we had expected better in that regard.

Clean, comfortable, convenient location. Great staff.

No microwave in rooms. Very small fridge. I must have wasted about $80 in food I had to throw out from expensive restaurants. Also every hotel I’ve ever stayed in has a late night, free coffee and tea service. There was no such amenity at the Bradley. Too many inconveniences and wasted money. We may stay elsewhere next time in town.

Breakfast was great - we also had dinner at the main floor restaurant and it was also great. Loved the decor, the rooms and the beds were comfy. Staff were great. Great location. We did ask to be moved from our original room due to the noise of the sidewalk construction going on on the side street and that was accommodated. Unfortunately we arrived at the hotel very late due to delayed flights and our luggage was lost (did not get it until mid day the next day). The front desk did have toothbrushes and toothpaste we could have - not sure if there is an opportunity to have a few additional items available, if even for purchase (eg pyjamas/t-shirt etc). Perhaps this doesn't happen often enough for travellers to Fort Wayne to warrant anything more.

I am allergic to down but didn't even think to make note of that on the reservation as it is rare to find down bedding in most hotels these days. I did ask on our 2nd day if there were non-down alternatives for bedding (duvet and pillows) but was told that they didn't think there was. I do believe that some of the pillows were not down. Perhaps have some maps/things to do sheets available.

The Bradley is beautiful from the moment you pull up, walk into lobby, head to and into your room. Love the aesthetic, the scent, the colors. Staff all incredible. Excellence wins for sure here.

Had a corner suite which should have been wonderful but a few things held the experience back. First, ongoing construction outside was awful first thing in the morning. Not the hotels fault at all but I would have appreciated a heads up and maybe even an offer to move us to a room further from that side of building. Second, kids were with us this trip so needed the pull out sofa. However, it is a twin size. We booked the room for 4 and it obviously only sleeps 3. Daughter (10) ended up sleeping on two ottomans next to each other. Last, there are no blinds at all on the door to the balcony so if the construction noise hadn’t woken them up, they’d be up with the sun regardless.
