The room was beautiful and amenities in the room were amazing. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

I booked the reservation for my friend to stay and used my credit card to pay but when I tried to check him in, they wouldn't let me because room was under his name. If my name is on the credit card then it shouldn't have been an issue for me to check him in. When booking the reservation, they asked how many people will be in the room and I answered 2 but they only took his name down. Could have saved us some time if my info would have been on there also.

-Facilities were beautiful, staff very accommodating. -Breakfast was very good. -Dinner was very good also, price was reasonable considering the deluxe nature of the hotel. -The parking garage linked to the hotel through an enclosed climate controlled bridge across the street at the 2nd floor.

-$18 per person upcharge for the breakfast buffet. -Parking was $17 a day.

Ice machine didn’t work on floor 3

Saw hairs on my sheets I swear to god that threw me off but it was ok Ian complain just make sure yall get on ass about lazy workers they obv not changing bedding definitely not washing if it doesn’t look “slept in” I believe they don’t touch it that’s wrong.

The bed was genuinely comfortable to sleep in and the mirror over the desk gave me a get-ready area. The complimentary make-up wiped saved me!

Location, facilities

There was food left in the fridge, there was dust on various fixtures and fittings including the window ledges. I found a ring on the floor so obviously the carpet wasn’t cleaned thoroughly enough. The bathroom was very clean.

Location was nice. It was clean. The pool could have been cleaner though

The first night the next day they did not clean the room very nicely. No clean glasses or topper paper. The next day it was great.

Proximity to Embassy Theatre is amazing. Waitress was very friendly and competent. Beds are comfortable. Room was very clean.

No door over bathroom so could have a light on in there at night. Bathrooms are very weird here. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly.

The room & bath areas were clean. If you make and over 14 the toilet leave very much to be desired. The seat is only 18 inches off the floor, if that high. I is of the old 2 full gallons, or more, to flush design. Therefore it is very uncomfortable to sit on it while your man parts are soaking in waste water. I would suggest any male over 15 requests a room with handicap accessibility! Also the table top bed side electrical outlet should be replaced as the electrical contact are extremely loose, worn out!!!

The room and bed are comfortable.

Reception staff. Specially Brianna was extremely helpful. My first room was noisy due to large Airconditioning unit outside. Moved twice and she was great to deal with extremely nice and helpful.

Noise

Location is nice you can get anywhere in the city in 10 minutes, and you are walking distance to good restaurants.

You have to walk through the gym to get to the pool. Gym floor was wet because of this.
