Perfect stay with easy access to restaurants. Close to the highway so we could get an early start for the remainder of our trip. Very accommodating staff- I woke up with a bad headache in the middle of the night and was able to contact the front desk and obtain Tylenol. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet with lots to choose from. Would recommend this hotel- quiet room, even though our hotel room door was across from a stairway. It's great to know there are affordable hotel options when traveling.

We were overcharged because of a SNAFU with BOOKING.COM that has not been resolved. We booked two rooms and then cancelled them because of a better price at Priceline. Two weeks later, my credit card showed not only my Priceline charge but also charges to Holiday Inn on both rooms! During a call to the desk manager, she removed the charge from one room, but the hotel's records show that only one room was cancelled, and she insisted on keeping the charge for this. What a nightmare! I don't think I'll ever using BOOKING.COM again.

Loved the hot breakfast and options. Location right across from Meijer.

The body wash in my room did not work, there was no shower cap, and the refrigerator was nasty and I didn’t want to put anything outside of water in there, other than that I was pretty happy.

Hotel was clean.The house keeping lady was awesome and so very friendly. Our room was spacious and beds were so comfy.

The staff was not very friendly and when we left the girl was on her cell looking at social media and decided we were to much of an inconvenience for her.

First floor, spacious room, plenty of pillows, pool, and fitness room.

The caulk was coming off the tub/shower. It appears that it was freshly caulked. It smelled musty like there was mold and moisture in the room. It was fine for one night.

Breakfast was excellent -- a good variety of tasty proteins and carbs. Location was handy...just off the Interstate and near eateries. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Billing became a nightmare. Multiple charge appeared on my credit card and that of my adult daughter, though I was the one who had booked the room. I had 6 different charges on my card for two rooms. She had 2 or 3 of the same charges. They stayed on our cards from Saturday until the following Thursday or Friday, even after I called the Holiday Inn and spoke with the person manning the phone. Never has this happened to me at any other hotel and with any other booking site. I'm wary of trying this with you again.

Clean and friendly The room was very clean and the guy that checked us in was super nice had an issue with the card and was patient and friendly

That I was under the impression I was paying what booking told me for a price and then they card me $50 more for a deposit

Breakfast had a nice selection. Location was perfect for what we needed. I have Parkinson’s so I appreciated the walk in shower with handle. Bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom floor was sticky. Reported to front desk and problem was resolved when we returned

What I expected a Holiday Inn to be.

Shower had hair in it from previous person. Only decaf coffee offered in the room keurig.
