VERY CLEAN !!! I love how they decorate for each holiday . This is my second time staying here , and both times were amazing . Staff is nice and friendly , breakfast was great . I they have a nice selection of snacks & drinks & you basic needs & for a very reasonable price ! It’s very close to so many things ( restaurants / fast food , stores , gas stations , car wash , things to do , and so much more ) on the highway within minutes . Pool was clean & only hotel I’ve ever been at that was stocked up on pool towels . They have the best staff from maintenance , house keeping , front desk & breakfast attendant . Definitely made our stay peaceful and enjoyable .

Location was very good. Close to I69 and places to eat.

The heater in the room operated oddly. Set the temperature to around 70 degrees but it got too hot. Had to set it down to around 65 degrees to be comfortable. It was somewhat noisy. I did report to the front desk clerk that the smoke detector in the room was hanging down and advised them to have the maintenance person fix it. Could have been a safety issue.

I did like really being down there and their breakfast area they really kept it clean down there

The space was a little small for a family of five I think the comfort inn needs an update on their furniture and the bed needs to be replaced. I didn't like the pool it's too small for if you have a lot of guest and the days that I've been there no one cleaned the pool out it looked nasty so I really hope they got that taken care of

The room was clean neat and spacious the bed was comfortable even the pull out bed was comfortable breakfast was really good and the staff was so pleasant

The pool area could use a little upgrade or better decor and the indoor pool the water was to cold

Very nice clean facility, friendly staff and great breakfast selection. Our bedroom and bathroom were very spacious.

Was a little noisy being right bt highway.

It was very good. Tasty and hot. Lots of choices.

We found the entrance to the hotel a bit difficult to find.

Quick check in and check out. Friendly staff. Good location next to highway, restaurants, liquor store, gas station, hospital. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Fridge and microwave great. Hot shower. Big, well-designed room. Hot yummy breakfast included.

Very busy location. Some of the other guests were loud at times. Cable tv boring and remote slow. The room wasn't dark enough. Had drapes and then half sheer curtains. Lights from other hotels n city coming in. No way to completely shut. I was on the 2nd floor but I wondered if people outside could see in my room. I like feeling of total privacy.

Breakfast was excellent each day. The staff was helpful and friendly at all levels of service. The room was clean and comfortable.

The pool was out of service, and the elevator did'nt work one day out of four.

Breakfast was OK, but skimpy. We had enough.

We had to request bedding for Sofa beds. It wasn't in the rooms already.
