I booked a room online for here the night before a concert in the area due to impending bad weather to make sure I made it to the show. So glad l did! The front desk lady was super nice checking me in as well as other staff handling the breakfast set up which had a nice variety of items. Traveling solo, I felt safe and slept well. The room looked to have been recently scrubbed and some painting done. The price is lower than some others in the area Overall a good stay! I will stay there again.

The tub in the bathroom was abit different dye to being painted and then excess scrubbed off..

Outlets in the lamp on nightstand was great for phone charging. Room was quiet and thick curtains kept it very dark after sunrise.

Fridge was on coldest setting so it froze my sodas and burst one of the cans. TV remote was very confusing and found it impossible to get a main channel listing. Only found an alphabetical channel list with no search option, so I gave up after scrolling through the first 100+ items and just played podcasts from my phone on the nightstand before sleeping.

Parking lot Clean lobby and my room was also Breakfast Housekeeper were nice

My other room Lack of handicap service. The room was too far from exit Couldn't take a shower because of the height of the tub. Which they forgot to clean No walk-in showers in the double bed room The toilet bowl was way too low The room should have been checked. Heater/air conditioner didn't work Bug crawling up the wall

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was roomy. The room included a small refrigerator and a microwave. The room was well decorated. The complimentary breakfast had a number of nice options.

The tables in the breakfast area were sticky. I was the second person at breakfast so it was obvious to me that this stickiness was leftover from the previous day.

very weird that there are non working doors. made me feel very uncomfortable. I know there is one at the pool that said use other door and one at the side entrance. I thought that was just very odd and non safe. walking into the room there was a weird smell.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Also appreciated that it was pet friendly.

Better choices for breakfast. The lobby area had an odd smell-almost like an air freshener smell? Did not notice it in the room though.

Never did their breakfast. Room was great, not necessarily easy access off the freeway at night. Only complaint was really noisy hallways a couple times and early morning someone upstairs playing loud TV news and walking w very heavy feet. Also never figured out their tv programming. THAT was annoying, but w their wifi and my laptop I got through it. The staff was all great.

Room and bed. Friendly staff on front desk at check in. Neat and tidy appearance facilities. Helpful.

Ice machine not working. Bed linens need updating. Very disappointed with breakfast. Not much there. No peanut butter, green bananas, only white choices for bread. Poor choices for cereals. Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6am. Not ready till about 6:25 am. Not your most personable breakfast attendant. Although somewhat helpful.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. I also appreciate the variety at the breakfast bar.

I encountered a rude staff member a couple times although I enjoy the hotel for its cleanliness, amenities and location I found that my most recent stay have been pleasant and have not encountered a rude staff member and I’ve come 2 more times since the encounter.

Staff was courteous and kind. My room was perfect, it was exactly what I needed, and for an affordable price. There were only minor issues with cleanliness and those were easily fixed by the staff. The location was great too, right by the freeway- my GPS got a little confused by the driveway leading into it but the place itself was nice.

I do wish there had been a new bottle of shampoo instead of the half empty bottle of lotion that was waiting for me with a single hair inside. That was gross. But also very easy to fix, just got my toiletries replaced and it was like it never even happened. The staff was helpful and corrected the mistake right away. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a cost effective, clean and dignified place to stay.
