The breakfast ladies were awesome and a lot of fun for first thing in the morning. Loved them. Pool is small, but nice. The room was very clean and nice. Housekeeping does a great job. The location is right off the highway in a busy area. Restaurants and gas next door to the hotels. The keys worked the first time which is always a plus!

The front desk staff appeared "kind of annoyed" with no welcoming personality. (After 4pm on my check in date and after 4pm on my check out date.) I had to wait a few minutes each time as they were in the side office or somewhere else besides the front desk.

Exceptionally clean! From the parking lot to lobby to elevator, hallways to our room. I could have gone barefoot on our room carpet and tile. Kitchenette was extremely clean too. No fear using any of it Front desk was pleasant , smiling and responsive to our needs. She even checked back with us regarding satisfaction. Housekeeping was amazing. They brought us extra towels and handled our furniture concerns even though maintenance gone for the the day and no complaints. Very quick, gracious and helpful. Best housekeeping staff of all hotels and motels we have ever stayed in our 48 years of traveling.

1) The mirror in the bathroom. It had a yellowing light around the perimeter. Suppose to be able to tap a button on the screen to change lighting to bright but didn’t work and would have be replaced. And… 2)The sofa and chair were very stained and arm ends well worn. Maintenance who cleans furniture already gone for day. Housekeeping staff were very responsive and covered them in sheets for us and double checked the fold out bed, which was good. 3) Location of Pool behind glass wall at the lobby

We loved the room, the whole hotel, the staff, the food, the bed, the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel and the beautiful setting inside the courthouse, etc. It was great to be so close to a good Chinese restaurant. Checking in was so very easy and great as was checking out. We loved this place.

Your perimeter of the property is loaded with trash all the way around. It is very unbecoming for your property and the elegance of your hotel. Your staff are so accomodating and have great personality. We loved having the jacuzzi to use both because it was our anniversary and we had done lots of hard hiking and also white water rafting.

The price made it a very affordable option since we were traveling through/cross country- arriving late at night and just needed somewhere to sleep and get up and eat before heading out again

The location was convenient to the highway, but the area was a little sketchy with some much lower rated hotels surrounding it , but the desk staff assured me they had considerable camera coverage outside in the parking lot. The breakfast was VERY limited and lacking in anything but the bare minimum to call it a ‘hot breakfast’ - it was the most disappointing hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time :(

The rooms are clean,the mattresses are great. Very friendly housekeeping staff. Breakfast is excellent. One of us is disabled and the shower in our accessible room was big and easy to use for mobility-challenged people.

The location of the accessible room is far away from exits, elevators, and the breakfast location. The floor in the shower get slippery and they need to provide a mat of some kind. No hooks in the bathrooms for towels or clothing. Trash piled up outside door 3. The outside area around door 3 needs some TLC.

When we check in the room had a smell the staff was able to change rooms without any problems.Also did not get the names of the staff they were extremely helpful and friendly. So hopefully they will be told about their their excellent care. The only thing was the ajoining rooms I understand why we could not get them. But the girls (4)of them were disappointed ages 8 to 13. Also the breakfast buffet was the greatest could not have for anything more. This is the 4th time we have stayed with you for VB sale and will continue too. Thank you Theresa

Great stay I highly recommend anyone to stay here. The entire facility is very clean the free breakfast is very good . we did not use the pool but did see several people using the pool.One of the best parts of this stay was the front desk employees they go out of their way to help with anything you may want or need especially Jennifer what a wonderful lady !!!! When we are in Fort Wayne this will be our place to stay!!!! Thanks to the staff for making this a great stay!!!!

My niece and I had a really nice time. MISS PATTY at the bar was so very nice. She was very much fun and wonderful to talk to. The food she made was really good and she did a great job on our drinks. She was wonderful with her customers. Don't let her go!! The hotel is in a very good spot for restaurants and places to go to. It was really nice, and we both want to thank you for not being so expensive to stay there. So many places but don't understand why they have to charge so much money to stay at their places and they don't even have a place to have a drink or eat. So, thank you! We can't afford an arm and a leg to just have a short trip with some of the prices the hotels cost so thank you! Plus, have nice people to talk too! Miss Patty was wonderful!!

Breakfast was great selection. Told wife about. Did not have to go out for breakfast saved me some money

I was to get a accessible room when I booked. Told me that it was in back. I would have to drive around to get breakfast, way inconvenient. So I asked to be moved a couple weeks before to a room closer to the front. Get there said they all had a room with double queen and a standard bath with low toilet. Not happy but had to deal.

The bed was clean and super comfortable. The pillows were also really comfy! It was a great location by a lot of restaurants, etc. The room was very clean. Loved the bathroom mirror light. The water was always hot. The toilet, shower, and jacuzzi tub were all very clean. I feel like the jets could have been cleaner though. Staff members were nice. Plenty of channels to choose to watch. The bar prices were actually really affordable.

The only complaints we had were that our thermostat battery was dead/dying. But it still worked. 2 of the jets in the jacuzzi tub didn’t work. And some hair came out of the jets whenever we turned them on. I don’t know how often the jets themselves get cleaned out but still was decent. The breakfast was lacking some flavor.
