Upon first impression, the staff was superb. Very kind, patient and helpful. The hotel and room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom was elegant!

The water pressure was a tad low, but it still got me wet! Not terribly bothered by this. The breakfast was a little less than impressive. The cheese omelet was a little rubbery, even at 6:00am. The potatoes were inedible. The oatmeal was watery and bland. The rest of the items were ordinary but adequate. The coffee was harsh and bitter.

The breakfast included was abundant, a step above the usual continental breakfast. Coffee and hot water was available 24x7 in the lobby. Nice lobby where you could meet people. The hotel was centrally located and close to downtown restaurants a short walk away. There was a "burger bar," restaurant and bar conveniently located right next to the hotel premises.

I expected free parking, so it wasn't cheap although it was $8 a day max and $15 to enter and leave when paid in advance. Free wifi was slow. My son needed to conduct a Zoom meeting with his professor and had difficulty downloading information. Since the use wasn't for work, he couldn't justify the cost of high-speed internet.

The downtown location overlooking the baseball field was incredible. The fireworks at the end of the night were the icing on the cake. So good!

During our stay, there was only one working elevator. We waited way too long every time we wanted to leave our floor, or return to it. We were told it would be fixed the day we checked in. It was still not working when we checked out.

Extremely friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel. Very secure (had to use hotel room key to access room floor or enter the hotel at night). Also, we went to a concert at the Embassy Theater and it was a one minute walk! Free breakfast and convenient parking garage next to hotel. Overall great experience. We had a wonderful time.

Great location, easy/quick UBER to different places. (Although Ft Wayne UBER drives might be the least friendly I've ever met!)

Parking! There is a parking garage in the back of the hotel with a little walk to the lobby. If you add it to your room it's $15. Pay when you leave it caps out at $8/day. If im booking a room, parking SHOULD be included in that price, I should not have to pay extra!

The room was very comfortable. The hotel lobby was inviting and decorated for Christmas. The hotel is next to the ball field and theatre. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all had wonderful smiles.

Access to the hotel is very confusing. You have no on site parking. Breakfast was disappointing. At 8am a few main items were empty : orange juice, waffle batter & bread. The potatoes weren’t done and were sticking to the bottom of the pan. The light in the bathroom went out. A step in the corner of the shower would be helpful for ladies to shave their legs.

Amazing location to all activities. One of the best beds and comforters I’ve ever used. Nice sized bathroom and tv.

The thermostat to our room was set to 81. That should always be checked before someone checks in. It took forever to cool the room off. Was like a sauna. I could hear the full conversation of the people in the room next to us while in bed. Way too noisy. It’s like the walls are paper thin.

We love being downtown and walking distance to anything. Beautiful lobby and rooms were clean. We will stay here again.

Needs upgrades on Elevators. We got a laugh about it but we wondered if we'd be stuck every time we stepped into it. The breakfast really disappointed us both stays.(just looking for a banana) We have stayed at 6 Hampton/Hilton hotels since May of 2024 and this breakfast was definitely lacking.

Everything was very clean. The breakfast was excellent!

Booking.com stated the hotel had an indoor swimming pool, it did not. That was extremely disappointing considering we picked the hotel based on a pool being available. We traveled with 5 kids and they were very disappointed as was I. Also, the wifi is not free. You either have to sign up for Hilton rewards, which is free, or pay $4.95 a day for wifi.

Great hotel. Everything was very nice. Very comfortable. Extremely quiet. Great walk-in shower. Loved the soap and lotion. Shampoo and conditioner weren't the type for my hair but smelled wonderful. All the Staff we encountered were very friendly. Gave us helpful information on restaurants. Will recommend this location to anyone going to Ft. Wayne.

Parking in a local garage wasn't ideal, but it was adequate. It was not difficult to use and is convenient for walking to and from the hotel.
