I really appreciated how friendly and supportive each staff member I dealt with was towards me. I was very happy the manager got the hot tub working and available during my last few days. It was great to relax in.

Unfortunately my bathroom wasn't a perfect fit for a physically disabled person. Despite my requesting such when I made my reservation. But the manager and maintenance crew tried what they could to help me stay safe and comfortable. The hot breakfast options was limited and only mildly tasty.

The employees were great. They went above and beyond for us. The first room we checked into the a.c. wasn't working so the manager tried to give us an upgraded room but they didn't have any left. So he made sure we got the next best thing. And we were happy with just the thought of him trying to help us. And the pool and hot tub was clean and very nice. Oh yeah and the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety to choose from. I will be staying at this hotel again.

The staff were friendly, helpful and made the stay 100%.

I felt the room had old furniture- a lamp was broken and couldn’t be used. Couldn’t get the TV to turn on. Carpet was older and stained. And a bench in the room was torn up.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The staff were all very welcoming!!

The hotel needs updates.. get rid of the dirty carpet in the elevator and replace with tile. The bedding needs to be replaced. The bed skirting need to be replaced. The tub was dark and needed resurfaced. Get rid of carpet in the dining area so the employees can clean it with efficiency.

Location right off interstate

Hard to get out of. Had to take a different road to go to the desired direction. Also we found metal staples all over the parking area - hands ful. Worker thought it was when they replaced carpet and they didn’t check the area.

Breakfast good. Our host excellent, helpful & efficient. Cheerful

The humming noise that did end until after 11pm. We heard it was from lights of adjoining restaurant. Most irritating.

It was close to the venue I was going to and close to highway and places to eat

You should make it clear that your rooms don't have a jacuzzi in them. To be honest I wouldn't have booked the roo. But I thought it had a Jacuzzi.. I booked the room thinking it had one. It was for my 1 year anniversary. Kind of felt cheated.

The breakfast room did not have a microwave and eggs were cold. Also talk showers are NOT good for us short ladies- PLEASE convert to a hand held‼️‼️

The room was very clean and bug free! We had a few places to eat right by and it was easy to get to from the Interstate. The area seemed safe and well kept. The breakfast bar had something for everyone and healthy options too. The hot tub and pool area was clean and stocked with towels!

Our room smelled of paint and the bathroom exhaust fan didnt work so had that smell the whole night. The beds need new mattress The pool was pretty cold so stick to the hot tub!

Very nice desk staff, good breakfast and easy access off the interstate. Good restaurants in the surrounding area- Thai Garden was 5 minutes down the road and delicious!
