The breakfast was great. Lots of options and choices to make everyone happy. The room was nice

The shower head was dirty and had 50% water pressure which made it hard to wash out my hair. The tub had a dip in the middle leaving standing water in the tub and it also appeared to be dirty. The bathroom door didnt close all the way without putting some muscle into as the floor was raised and stopped it from shutting.

We were traveling and this hotel was close to the highway. Breakfast was typical motel food. The desk clerk and breakfast clerks were helpful.

The bedside lamps didn't work and no one was available to repair them. We repositioned the plug and got them to work. There was a place on the bathroom floor that looked like someone had spilled something.

It was clean and conveniently located.

They didn’t do regular cleaning, and they don’t offer door tags to let the cleaning staff so I had to not only tell front desk but also speak with the cleaning crew directly and ask if they could clean out trash bins, bring fresh towels and vacuum- no biggie! Hey

Good breakfast. Only thing missing was pancakes

Noise in room above ours was terrible. I suggest that when not very busy...separate guests. Don't put one room on top of another roon.

Location and quietly..

House keepers. Lazy and drinking on the job. Modelo to be exact. The whole time we were here the computer in the lobby didn't work. And still not working.

The breakfast was a nice perk for sure! Lots of choices. Rooms/beds are comfortable. This hotel is close to stores and restaurants.

What I didn't like was after having this room reserved for many months and even receiving a confirmation of our stay the week we were due to check in ... BOOKING.COM cancelled our room. It was the night of our daughter's wedding rehearsal, we are exhausted and got to the hotel to check in. The lady said Booking.com cancelled your room. The reason why was my daughter had a few rooms booked for out of state family coming to Michigan. Our names are similar so the lady working the desk at the hotel said Booking.com probably thought it was a mistake. I think Booking.com should have called, emailed, or reached out in some way to confirm before they just cancel reservations! All in all...we worked something out with the additional rooms my daughter THANKFULLY had and we were able to stay.

Location, comfort, very quiet, and nice size tv, and nice comfortable bed.

Two day stay, thought housekeeping would have supplied extra linens, ie towels.

Breakfast was great with many options. Room and facilities were clean and well maintained.

Bed was rock hard. I understand everyone has a different comfort level, but these were incredibly hard. My family did not sleep at all unfortunately, which will also have to factor into our decisions for future bookings.

Location was great and easy to get to. Staff was amazing.

Staff not as friendly as some others. Efficient but not many smiles. Preoccupied. Seemed preoccupied and "too busy" though no other customers waiting.
