Hamptons always have the best and most comfortable beds, and their pillows are moldable to what shape I need.

The toilet flusher did not reset after a flush; you had to push it back up into position. I remember there being more variety in pillow softness and size, but after asking for a few more pillows from the front desk, we were fine.

The room was big, clean and well-lit. The beds were comfortable. The staff was super friendly.

The elevator broke down, at one point, and the two older women with bad knees I was traveling with had to suffer through taking the stairs. We were relieved when it was fixed in time for our checkout so we didn’t have to lug our bags down the stairs.

The landscaping outside was not kept up and needed help The TV was so difficult to work! We never did get it set up to function easily. Complicated. We have a smart TV at home so we know how to operate a smart TV

Friendly staff, seamless checkin & out, clean room, comfortable bed.

Many breakfast items were out by the time we ate at 9 am. Feel the person in charge should have been better prepared for a totally booked situation. The lady from the kitchen was very friendly & explained that the situation was beyond her control.

The overall answer would be positive, however there was confusion at the check-in desk about the rooms locations, but was finally resolved to our satisfaction.

The check in procedure should have been a lot smoother. I think that there was some kind of computer glitch but as noted above, it was all worked out eventually. The girl doing check in was very good at her job.

Hot tub was good, could have been a little hotter but that's just me. Breakfast was simple but what I was hoping for (biscuits and gravy/scrambled eggs)

Had to wait for the desk clerk both times at the desk. And it would have been nice if hot tub could have been open longer than 10pm

The waffles and biscuits with sausage gravy were yummy! The staff was very friendly and helpful in suggestions and recommendations! The location was great!

The room itself could maybe use an update, but it was fine. The bed was not super comfortable...

We only ate once at the hotel but it was great!

The only real issue we all commented about was the tile floor when we first entered our room was extremely slippery. I’m older so had my granddaughter not entered first it could have been bad had I fallen.

The rooms were really nice and comfortable. The bathrooms was clean and spacious. The common room were the breakfast is was really nice. The breakfast was not the best. They didn't have an attendant so things ran out quick. Staff was really nice. The pool was nice and clean. Great place to stay! I'll be back.

Complimentary breakfast was great quality and very kind, friendly staff! Food options were great and coffee was good! The room was high quality, loved the provided shampoo/wash!! Super close to Shipshewana.
