Nice location for where we wanted to be. Front desk was nice and helpful to recommend a restaurant and told us about events happening that night. Breakfast was very good. Plenty to choose from. Room was very nice and clean. I would stay here again.

The elevator had gone out that morning and no rooms for our needs except 3rd floor, stairs are not our friend. Once climbing stairs made it worth it with a nice room. Hallway has a musty smell but clean. Pool was closed but had on website it was. Once opened will be a great place to stay.

Breakfast personnel went up and beyond in interacting, cleaning, and keeping buffet hot, fresh, and replenished and in busing tables. Room clean and bed made daily.

Didn't like that the stool was standard which makes it difficult for husband to sit without hurting his hips as he had both replaced

Great customer service and accomodations

I requested to adjust my check-in through booking.com. I received an email to contact the hotel to make the changes. The hotel told me I had to make the changes through booking.com and booking.com would call the hotel. I couldn't reach booking.com. I need this fixed asap. I was charged for a no show because I couldn't reach booking.com for assistance.

It was good except they were out of waffle mix :( But it happens.

The room had curtain sheers but not black out curtains. right outside our window was a a business with lots of semis. Around 230 am I woke up and the business had a night shift going on. Lots of lights and semis. Luckily we were so tired we were able to go right back to sleep. And the pool was closed for maintenance. But that's out of the staffs control.

Location was great and even though they were going through some renovations, it was well kept. The bed was soft, which I prefer. I'd stay here again with no hesitations.

There was breakfast every morning. Staff were very friendly.

Checked in on Sunday and again on Monday and room did not get cleaned until Thursday. Left Saturday morning.

Everything the staff was wonderful helpful and a good breakfast.

Very quick and easy to check in and the staff were great.

The doors are a bit noisy so I felt like I was waking someone up if I needed to leave my room after 10pm.
