We have been to this hotel a couple of times. Quick check-in and close parking. The facility is well maintained and they were working on improvements. The breakfast is always well stocked and not too busy. Our rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly.

The only issue with our stay was that the bathroom doors did not shut well and lock in both of our rooms. Minor problem, but kind of a hassle with kids along.

Most everything was great! Very clean! Beds weren't too bad, a little too firm. They were still comfortable. I loved all of the filled pumps of shampoo, cream rinse, bath gell, hand gel, and lotion in the bathroom. The food variety for breakfast wasn't too bad.

The air conditioner had a running water sound before and just after it started. I kept waking up every time it came on. Also, you should put some tea bags with the coffee.

We stayed in Goshen after a trip to Shipshewana. It was a clean environment and great breakfast. Everyone was very kind.

I'm not sure why hotels do this but when you have 4 people staying in a room, why can't we ever have 4 towels and wash clothes. We always have to go ask for 1 more if everything. Also, there was thumping above us at 11:00 at night. I called the front desk and they took care of it which I was thankful for.

The smell when we walked in was amazing. Clean and fresh. The desk worker was amazing at her job and friendly. She greeted me and said thanks for being a Hilton Honors member. We asked questions and she had an answer for our questions.

I cannot say there was anything that I didn’t like. It was a great stay. Maybe if they wanted to, they could check the smell in the air conditioner. That had a little smell, but it went away, so over all it wasn’t bad.

This if the first time we spend at your location, it will Not be the last. The Hotel was Clean, the Smell was one of the things we always keep in mind when visiting Hotel and Motels, your cleanliness was perfect and the staff was one of the best we have met in our many visits to Hotel/Motels. Food was good with lore selections than we have had at many of the places we have stayed at. a 5 Star for sure.

Everything, it was perfect.

Breakfast was really good, we thought sausages were the best we have had at hotels and the yogurt was great. Location was easy to find and parking was convenient. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and had no bad odors. We had a very pleasant experience with our stay. They accommodated us with our 2 rooms right close together.

I really don’t have a complaint.

Hotel was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

Stayed here three times over the last eight months and all three times the hot tub was broken. This last time I even called the week before arrival and was assured that while the pool was closed for maintenance the hot tub was open. Upon arrival I found out that the hot tub was also closed for maintenance.

Large room, clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Will stay here again!

Needs to make a few repairs, our door locked fine, however did not fit the frame well so a lot of noise from the hallway. (Of course rude neighbors is not the fault of the property.

Nice place. Clean room. A/c worked great. Fantastic night of sleep.

No cheat sheet for favorite TV channels. Took forever to find what we wanted. Check out person must have been playing on his phone the entire time we were eating breakfast—he sure wasn’t working.

Reservation for a whirlpool room with king bed for the weekend. Whirlpool was spacious, big enough for 2 to 3 people. Bed was very comfortable. Nothing negative to say.

Did not explore provided breakfast or pool. Did try coffee on the morning, not the best.
