Were down for a show at the BlueGate Performing Arts Center. We knew it was close but loved that it was literally a minute walk from the Super 8. We were able to enjoy and get back easily. Room was very clean and we were put next to our friends which made the experience great! Coffee was great in the morning and the friendliness of the staff was excellent.

Having options where the vending machines take a card would have been nice especially since this is the heart of the Amish and there is nothing open after 10 at night.

Breakfast was really good. Need bigger coffee cups though. Staff was pleasant and I love the fact that the venue for the concert was right next door. Walking distance.

Parking is very tight. I have a large truck so it was a little bit of a pain to get in and out of the parking space. Room was clean but a little beat up and had a large brown spot on the ceiling. Looks like they used brown paint to cover something on the white ceiling.

Chose to sleep in and did not use the breakfast benefit as it ended at 9 AM. The facility looked clean and was well located. It was a quite, comfortable stay. I would stay here again without hesitation. Great location between sites and next to a gas station for a quick fill-up.

For a queen size bed, it seemed a little small... more like a full size bed, however it was comfortable though a little tight for two people.

The first morning we went to eat there was one muffin, the other hot plate items were gone except the eggs. No one was there to refill anything. I finally asked the desk employee and he came and warmed up some sausage. The other days were acceptable, however, there was only one day that someone came to check on food that needed to be refilled and wipe tables. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.

The location was excellent for us seeing we were going to see a live show. Having a cooler and microwave was a bonus. The breakfast was good other than the sausage links could have cooked a little longer. The carpet could be updated. The bathroom floor my shoes sounded sticky when walking on it. The window latched is broken but the window itself worked fine. The staff worked with me every time. Sorry I put them both together likes and dislikes

The place was relatively clean, location was excellent, counter people were friendly and helpful, breakfast was pretty good, and check in/check out was quick and easy.

The TV didn't work (could have been the remote), the bathroom needed better cleaning, the desk clerk wore a t-shirt that said I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK and there was no elevator, but it had two stories.

Breakfast was very good, including hot eggs with cheese, 2 types of meat, fresh waffles, etc. During our stay there (early August), the breakfast area was not too crowded.

Our only complaint was that we got locked out of our room 2x during our 2-day stay there. We had to find a staff person to "unlock" our key card.

Next to the Bluegate Theatre; on the main strip; we got to check in early; clean room; clean & comfortable beds; helpful & kind staff;

No elevator for seniors, which was a problem for us & other guests.

Perfect stay for the concert at the Blue gate, they literally share a parking lot! And the breakfast was good! Plenty of options. I’d just add to that, my husband is diabetic and there really isn’t any diabetic friendly options. But we made do and enjoyed what we had! Also located close to all the stuff that we just walked to

The pillow situation isn’t good!!! That is the only negative

The location is excellent. The breakfast is adequate. The room was spacious and furnished adequately. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ac/heater was very quiet.

The toilet was very low. I have difficulty with stairs and will request a main floor room next time. The gentleman helped with my luggage.
