Repeat guests for the Notre Dame game. The hotel is clean and secure and a great value compared to other SB area hotels. They have a friendly and responsive staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, wifi/fridge/microwave/heat&AC works well, and bathroom was spotless.

I'm nitpicking here - but the pillows are small and it is a dated, but well-kept location.

Unassuming hotel in a complex of similar and retail. Parking lot clean and well lighted. Lobby with a food service area to the right of the check in desk and nicely grouped tables and 24/7 coffee/tea. (No coffee maker in room & frankly I’d rather walk down and get a better coffee 24/7) Check in at the lobby was fast and my room was clean and comfortable. Large compact fridge. Comfy bed, nice size tv, bathroom was clean and stocked. Dove bathroom amenities. Ac/heat worked well. Breakfast was not only your usual continental, but HOT eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits & Gravy. A bit more food than the high end chains! It was a last minute booking on my trek and I’m glad I booked The Baymont Elkhart!

Nothing negative

Great location. Lots of chain and local restaurants close by. The room is very large and clean. Bed linens were soft and comfy. Mattress was very firm but comfortable.

They could use some TLC in the rooms and bathrooms. Everything is clean but our room had grout issues in the bathroom. Overall it's a great place to stay

Hotel was very clean and inviting. We went to Texas Roadhouse with a coupon from the hotel and received a discount on our meal! The continental breakfast was much better than any other hotel I've stayed at. We had a jacuzzi room. It was a wonderful experience. Will be back!

it was real nice and friendly everyone I got up to go to breakfast they always say good morning they always spoke I always ask how I was doing very nice breakfast was A1 the room's nice cozy comfortable clean and I felt real safe there and once I get back to Elkhart that's where I will be going back to better

Beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly. Location was great.

Room was by an exit, very noisy. Mold in bathroom. Stains on carpeting. Severe water damaged ceiling. Breakfast ended too soon. AC was not sufficient. Water dripping in bathtub.

the breakfast was excellent, food was warm and if not, there was a micro to warm it. There was a staff member keeping an eye on things if food got low. Room waw comfty and staff was friendly. Would go again

Only real complaint, if one, would be the water pressure. Shower was adequate but could have been more pressure. As well as for the toilet.

The location was perfect for my needs the breakfast was better than I expected the biscuits and gravy wasn't half bad for being northern biscuits and gravy I was surprised at the variety of options for breakfast

The blanket was too thin and the shower head leaked

I got charged by booking .com and also baymont when I arrived when I disputed the charge I lost which is not ok how do I pay for a room twice even talked to front desk she assured me it didn’t go thru when in fact it did and didn’t give me my money back so never again

The location and the employees.

It’s a little dated and needs some tlc but overall it’s a decent place to stay.
