The beds were probably the best thing. The shower head was also a bonus it was the right pressure. The tall ceiling helped keep the noise down from the guests above us. For a 2 day stay it was a pleasant experience.

The toilet was a little short and the shower could have been a bit bigger. It definitely did not cater to the plus size community. The maid services barged into our room while we were sleeping. They also did not speak English so it was difficult to talk with them.

Breakfast was really good had a great selection of food and the guy working the Breakfast area was very helpful and kind.

The kids that were in the hallway making noise. I asked them twice to please quiet down the first time was 1045 ish 2nd 1100 is and 3rd time was 12 am.now my only complaint was the front desk should of told these kids to stop especially how close they were to the desk. We had a swim meet on Sunday so it was a little annoying

I loved how clean it was and how comfortable my room and bed were.

there is no microwave in our room so we had to go to the lobby to warm up our food. The other thing that was a drawback was that the pool floor was extremely slick. my kids fell more than 6 times and I slipped but didn't fall twice. it wouldn't cost much to add gripper tape to improve safety. it would also be nice if they had a coin washer and dryer for laundry.

It was an extremely beautiful room and facility the appeal to the eye is like nothing I've seen..

The breakfast I feel was way to chincy not enough to it for such a high class feel to the hotel I feel the breakfast should be a lot better at least waffles or pancakes something to add that extra filament and home like breakfast we as consumers look forward to

My experience at Avid Hotel was excellent. Spotlessly clean. Modern design/furnishings. Quiet rooms. Room darkening shades that work. Comfortable bed with 4 pillows (mix of hardness/softness). Fresh feeling. Not one complaint!

It was very clean and had a modern retro vibe that I liked! The beds are super comfortable. We had no issues with noise.

The door leading into the pool became very very slippery. Breakfast could use some more options but was not horrible.

It was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The whole experience was great. The location was nice and places to eat, shop, convention was close. We were there for comic con.

I have no complaints or room was comfortable and I can't wait to stay there again

Not all staff was attentive. Could have been more conversational. Was expecting microwave in a new facility. Was not included

The pool was extremely small and not enough ventilation. Chlorine was over powering and kids complained lungs hurt when we left pool.
