I liked the size of the room and the breakfast.

I didn't like that the hot tub was covered in caution tape and there was no stationary bike in the exercise room. I also found it extremely rude the the front desk person made me wait at checkout so he could look at my room before letting me leave. I had a credit card on file with them if they felt there were problems, there weren't any problems btw. That right there is why I won't go back. I had a great stay until check out, I was taking my kids on an adventure as a memorial to the loss of their dad and bad customer service put a damper on things.

This place was perfect for what we needed, right area, right price, perfect sleeping conditions, and great staff.

The only thing I can say is looks can be deceiving. This place is older and doesn’t have any of the high tech amenities, but don’t let that fool you. If you need somewhere to crash and sleep well this is your place.

This hotel is a gem with amazing value for the price. We had our family reunion this year in this location and we were all so pleased with the staff's quick response to our needs. The pool was great. The hot tub is not in operation, but we had plenty of towels in the pool room. Breakfast was amazing with loads of space for all of us. We had fun hanging out in the gazebo in the front of the hotel. The lobby area is beautiful. This location is right off the toll road and easy to get to. Cracker Barrel and Perkins within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel. You will be treated well.

The drier wasn't working, but they dried my clothes for me!

The breakfast was perfect. A nice selection. The room was bigger than I expected.

Not needing to answer questions about my stay would be terrific. I always wonder about a business that needs a pat on the back after you use their services. That tends to make me not go back.

Excellent stay. Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Great price. I didn't see a single thing that needed updating, no stains or wallpaper tears in hallways, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom could use a towel rack.

Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. Coffee was above average for a hotel. A nice surprise!

Breakfast was just okay. The unseasoned scrambled eggs likely had dairy added. While it makes the eggs fluffy, it renders them flavorless. In contrast, sausage patties were delicious. Their breakfast won't wow you, but it does the trick.

The suite room was spacious. The beds were comfortable.

The sofa had a weird smell to it. It needed a deep cleaning. The bottom of the stairs was packed with old air conditioners. The breakfast spread could be improved.

the breakfast had everything i needed to start my day. everything was fresh and everything that was supposed to be hot was hot and everything that needed to be cold was cold/

The staff was exceptional! Very courteous and concerned for my husband’s needs. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was great.

The property is located directly off the Indiana Turnpike and situated on what seems to be the main drag in Elkhart. It sits amongst a large variety of restaurants, big box stores, and other businesses. The staff were very personable and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. The first thing I do upon entering a new hotel room is take a Lysol wipe on all the handles, switches, and surfaces. My wipe showed no trace of any dirt or missed cleaning.
