Room was spacious with plenty of.towels.and toiletries. The staff was welcoming and appreciated the availability of the amenities even though we didn't take advantage of.them.

Most everything provided for a wonderful stay. The hot water could have been a little hotter and when I tried to buy some items from the market there wasn't any change.available so I had to put my desired purchases back. These.are minor incidents.

Large, comfortable room. The king size was extremely comfortable however I did notice a small, fingertip size hole in the sheet the following morning. It doesn't take away from the comfort. Hope this was an oversight & the sheet is retired.

There was no shelf in the shower to set a razor or my own toiletries. Bathroom lighting was dim unless both lights were on which included the fan

The check in was smooth and fast. The staff is fantastic. The breakfast is good but there is only one staff doing the kitchen and checking out people at 7-8AM. They need to put more people.

The shower box floor is super slippery. They need to change the material before having anyone fall and injure in the shower.

It was clean, quiet, comfortable and a really nice room. The whole staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming

My only complaint as a smoker is there were no seats outside to sit and smoke.

Modern facility. 24 hour gym. Close by restaurants, yet quite place. Most of the receptionist were very friendly during our 2 nights stay.

Pillows were not comfortable, but bed was. House keeping only cleaned bathroom, didn’t provide new towels or make bed. Also knocked on door at 9 in morning to do cleaning. We were still in bed. Had to tell her to come back later. If someone talked in hallway or knocked on other doors, we could hear them.

Very well kept and the accommodations were excellent!!

This is just me nitpicking, but I wish there was a complimentary breakfast; but, to be honest, it was a really nice hotel!!!

It was like brand new & in a very good location, close to restaurants. Spacious room, good value.

One unfortunate thing is that the beautiful shower could be a potential slipping hazard.

Price exceeded value. Nice place, however, not for the price. Very friendly staff checking us in, but took far too long.

Bryan is one of the best. he helped me out MAJOR one night while attempting to get in the building . I thank him for being alert and timely. he made me feel super safe as a solo traveler.

How clean, quiet, and nice for kids but equipped for adults to.

Loved that there was a car, but no bar tender.
