This was the best stay ever. All of the staff were absolutely amazing and Taylor on the evening shift and Gayle on the day shift were super kind and extremely helpful. They both went the extra mile to help us and make our stay the best. The property was clean, and the rooms were what I liked with a nice desk, view, and good size bathroom. We loved the yummy breakfast each day and the coffee and spa water all day long!!!

The only thing I would recommend is to switch up the breakfast meat, it was sausage every day and maybe bacon or ham one day would have been nice.

We came to check out the facility as we needed to move hotels. Taylor was at the front desk and is so efficient and kind and extremely helpful. She gave us a tour and let us check out a room similar to what we wanted to stay in. The next day we lived over and are so happy we did! The facilities are super clean, the staff is awesome….especially Taylor, who checked us in and even after we settled in called to make sure everything was satisfactory and asked if we needed anything else. She really went the extra mile and I found out it was only her first week working here….best hire ever, she is a keeper!!!! The breakfast here is wonderful, freshly made each day and plenty of food for all guests. Pool is super nice and we really like the area and the convenience to downtown. I highly recommend this place over the other 6 in the area!!!

From top to bottom the property seemed new as the entire place was fresh and sparkling. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, as was the entire facility. Safe environment, eateries within walking distance.

I grade a little tougher as I'm a former Marriott GM. Check in was disappointing as no one was there, had to wait 9 minutes for someone to show up. Check out was also a little disappointing as the agent didn't care about the issues I had with my room, not even a sorry given... which were, the TV had no volume and it wouldn't turn off, had to unplug the unit. My shower also had an issue, pressure was very weak. Breakfast was nice but lacked proteins and hot options (only eggs & warm gravy available).

It was exceptionally clean .The breakfast was amazing. They had so many choices. Everything was hot and fresh and cooked very well so very impressed.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. We’ve stayed in Elkhart many times in different places and this is by far so superior I thought it was brand new and I found out it was nine years old. It does not look that it looks brand new.

Continental breakfast was great and front desk was very professional polite and courteous as well.

Really can't say that I didn't like anything all my interactions were were great I was in late and up early to start my day visiting relatives.

The room was excellent, very large and well-maintained. We had a quick check in, were able to find everything in the hotel, and the breakfast was good.

Staff was great! They accommodated me.

The pool was freezing the first night. The pool heat was on the next day.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great! Towels were nice. Good temperature/A.C. control. Quiet. Staff was almost TOO friendly! Very short walk to Chubby Trout with the best sushi ever.

A little better gym would be nice (according to my husband). Also, breakfast was just O.K. on Fri morning, but vastly better on Sat.
