Staff at check-in very pleasant and helpful. Room was simple, clean and quiet. Beds were surprisingly comfortable It was in a well lit area. Parking was free and plentiful. It was also well lit. I was very happy with my costs. Stocked Vending Machines were available in addition to having plenty of restaurants to choose meals from.

It’s in a great location if only there wasn’t a slum lord motel right across the street. Definitely an eye sore but not a deal breaker as they obviously can’t control that.

Pretty quiet

I booked room on Booking .com for one price and was charged another Higher price on my CC. When I ask about it at the front desk, they didn’t offer an explanation nor did they offer to fix the problem.

Location was near the freeway/interstate, which is why we chose it. Didn't do the breakfast although it was offered.

Room seemed to be a little tired - clean, but tired.

Very well kept property, room exceptionally clean, bed comfy, super quiet and AC worked great. Was only there one night but will stay again if I’m ever in Elkhart. Front desk attendant seemed a bit stressed when I checked in but she was nice.

When I checked out, the morning desk attendant could have been friendlier . She never smiled once and barely said two words to me . . . even when I told her what a nice stay I had.

Location was great and the woman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. It's pet friendly. Good parking area.

No coffee in the room.

I love the Jacuzzi suite, a great night with a happy ending gotta love it we meet every month and may just make you our regular spot

construction going on made the astetics undesirable although it wasn't noisy or intrusive

Friendly staff, good wifi and comfortable.

Noticed some animal hair on the bed I slept in, otherwise was clean. Also noticed the carpet was randomly wet in an area.
