I did not eat the breakfast provided. I can't eat anything with dairy or eggs in it. I brought my own organic foods. The coffee was adequate. Coffee in the room was *meh* but in the dining area it was good. The bed was very comfy and the ambient room temp was perfect. Shower was nice with great water pressure. The fridge and microwave were a bonus, as was the iron & ironing board provided.

We were disappointed by the pool. We were looking forward to a nice relaxing float in the pool, but it was FREEZING! Staff informed us that the pool is not heated at all. :( The room we were in also had constant sounds of water running thru pipes in the wall from the room upstairs flushing the toilet. We had to move to the other bed nearer the window to not be kept awake all night. But the next night I think the upstairs room was vacant.

The facility was clean and relatively quiet.

Only 4 tables in morning dining area. Had to sit on a couch or stand to eat. No housekeeping service on the first day of our stay. House keeping staff asked if we needed anything? I thought I was being asked if we needed shampoo, instead of housekeeping services. Front desk staff was outdoors smoking more than they were at the b desk. Unacceptable.

The breakfast was more than I expected. It was delicious. The location was perfect,It was close to home and I went with my four year old grandson. Tobi.He loved the elevator,walking down the halls and down the stairs .Tobi also called the front desk and spoke with the young lady on duty she took the time to make him feel special.Lets not forget the pool.We would definitely stay again. It was a good experience.

That we could’ve stayed longer

The breakfast was good. It came with enough choices for everyone to find something to eat. The coffee was great!

There could be 2 waffle machines. I could not imagine a busy day and waiting for the waffle machine.

I really like their breakfast offering.

The plumbing wasn't functioning very well. At times, the street can be difficult to pull out onto because of heavy and fast traffic.

Clean. Friendly staff. Soft bed. New carpet in the room.

It was under construction while was there. It will be great when it is done.

decent breakfast waffle machine.. biscuits and gravy. scrambled eggs...staff kept everything stocked nicely...the comforters on the bed were the beds kept me from rating higher. they're stiff and didn't keep me warm...

I love that the room and bathroom were very clean. Crisp white sheets and fresh white towels in bathroom. Carpet was very clean and room smelled fresh.

Bathroom was aged and could do with upgrades.

just typical motel experience

in the suite the couch was old and uncomfortable. HERE's the killer. they debited 6 different deductions from our bank account totaling 250.00! the room had already been paid for 3 weeks in advance, so there was no reason whatsoever to mess with my bank account. still working on it to get it ironed out. communication between the manager and then my bank have been time consuming and frustrating!

The location is great! It’s clean and the staff is always friendly!

Some of the beds are very uncomfortable. The mattresses are hard but the pillows are top notch!
