Room was spacious and clean. It had all the amenities that we needed. TV channel offerings were great, lots of breakfast options. Cassandra at the front desk was really kind. Location is great too.

The tiles in front of kitchenette were broken. They were uneven and and a little awkward to walk on. It was a minor inconvenience, nothing major otherwise and the stay was overall pleasant.

Marvelous staff, from the ladies at the front desk to the ladies who prepared the breakfast bar to the housekeeping staff. All made our stay quite enjoyable, despite the fact we were in Niles for a funeral.

The vacuuming in our room could have been better. We had toe nail clippings from the carpet stick us in the soles of our bare feet. A better, more thorough vacuuming would eliminate this unpleasantries.

Loved everything at this property! Was there for the Red Bud MOTO so was an excellent location for a quick drive to the track. The staff were lovely with wonderful service and comfortable rooms. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Little extra amenities and having the nice breakfast in a homely style was great.

There was construction going on but they were respectful and stopped the noise early enough. The elevator looked a little suspucious and held together with duct tape, but it ran well enough

The hotel and staff were great. Really can't complain about it. The check in was quick and easy. The rooms were very clean and updated. Nice and quiet with a comfortable bed. AC/Heat worked great. Not too dry.

We went there for the Wineries which were about 25-30 minutes away. Anything closer to them would be too much money or too outdated and dirty. The place is located on a main road but tucked away from the noise.

The staff was really nice all of them the lady in the counter, the ones serving breakfast and the cleaning lady as well we will definitely be back !!!

The loud guest on top of our room was the only thing I didn't like, but that was not a hotel's fault

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went over and beyond to help us. We had some issues and couldn't check out until 12:30, and they treadted us like family.

We've stayed here several times and never had an issue. Staff is friendly and rooms are always clean. We use our sound machine so idk how quiet the rooms are at night.
