The young lady working the death last night was absolutely fabulous. The food in the restaurant was good. The room was immaculate. It was very comfortable and I enjoyed it.

The only complaint I have is that I travel with my dog and I did notice you guys have specific room set aside for Pat but you also put the Pat people with your smokers and so you you congregate, pats and smokers in the same area and as a former smoker myselfI don’t like being around smokers anymore than a non-smoker does

We booked 3 rooms for my kid ND graduation weekend. The front desk manager is a Superman ! He seems aways working in the hotel. He is capable to solve problems. There was one car with super loud music on and parked outside of my hotel room, I waited around 12am then called front desk, a girl answered but didn’t do anything. Then I called again, it was answered by the front desk manager, he went to the car and talked to the driver for quite a while, I saw him from my window. He was nice but firm to let that driver turn the music down. I lost his business card but remember him. He speaks Spanish and smokes outside.

Breakfast is so so

Quiet and a good location. The girl who checked us in on Wednesday night was very nice and is a credit to your team. In fact, all the employees I came in contact with were pleasant.

1. Upon arrival at the room, the phone was missing the cord connecting the phone to the phone jack. 2. The TV remote was very limited in range because the wooden frame around the TV covered up the control. 3. The clock indicated the wrong time with no way to correct it. 4. On Thursday and Saturday, the room wasn’t cleaned. 5. On Saturday morning there was no hot water. 6. The price was ridiculous due to it being a football weekend.

Property has been getting a refresh for a while and as a whole it was a great value for the price. Bed was comfortable, pillows seem new. Couch in the room was cozy for chatting.

The rooms need a bit more lighting, it was a bit dark even with all the lights on. If you stay in room 324 be sure you want to be awake early, the property across the way has roosters who are early risers. TV’s are a bit small.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and accommodating. We needed a 1st floor room because of my husband's mobility issues. She was able to find us one even though you were fully booked.

The bathroom needed some updates. There was rust in the toilet because the toilet ran constantly, also the tub needed some improvements because of age and there were no grab bars in the shower.

The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I was in town for a funeral and they definitely made this last minute stay a pleasure. It was very clean throughout the facility and the Pool area was nice as well! I didn't get an opportunity to try breakfast due to preparing early for services. It was very quiet and the beds were comfy indeed! I am a night hot flasher and the cooling system was ON POINT!

I honestly can't say anything bad. It was a nice experience. If they offered a Cafe or Grille for late hours to get food it would be really great! Only recommendation is to do a little night reception for 2 hours in the evening and charge just a little more do a light bar, some wings, meatballs cheese tray and crackers and nuts finger foods because you have the room and the update is beautiful! Put Embassy out of business! Love this place!

Nice room

We booked a queen room on Booking.com, but when we got there we were told the site wasn't updated, and they only had double rooms. We took it but still had to pay the queen rate since we had booked through booking.com. It wasn't a big deal to us, but be aware that they do have some rooms that have a door to the inside hallway as well as a door that leads outside.

The room was very large, and the price was very economical for a big football weekend. The Front Desk staff was very helpful and responsive throughout the weekend. The television and cable were great. The closet is small but there is a lot of storage space overall.

There is no elevator; there were no bars in the shower. The carpet needs replacing, badly. They need to reopen their restaurant and pub. It would really enhance the property. They have a huge piece of land. I would like to see the owners better utilize this asset if they are able.

The manager there was amazing, as was the morning staff. Very friendly, down to Earth people. Instead of having us wait, he upgraded our room to a king because our room wasn't completely ready! The new owners have remodeled this hotel beautifully! This will be our o to hotel when we go to Niles, Michigan from now on! It's a further drive from our family, but we'll worth it! It was a wonderful stay there!

There is nothing remotely bad to say about our entire stay.

I liked that breakfast was included and that there were 2 pools available.

I did not like there was not any free water included with the room. I did not see an iron or ironing board in room 214
