It was clean! The rooms are spacious and the location to Notre Dame is fantastic! The staff are truly very nice and accommodating. We had NO true issues….. you don’t find that often anymore! Sad… but true.

The shower was EXTREMELY slippery! I am pretty nimble and almost fell. HOLD on to the railing! Breakfast was lackluster. When the good food ran out… they didn’t replace it with good food… meaning Turkey sausage and then greasy sausage. Fruit then no fruit…. The coffee maker in the room… NOT a Keurig! Some cheap coffee pod maker.

Location was great for the Notre Dame event we were there for. We were traveling with other family members which also stayed there. I think in total there were 5 rooms for all our family. Room was super clean, and breakfast was a bonus.

I didn't like that there were kids running around the halls and stairwells yelling and slamming doors and our room was located next to a stairwell so it was super loud and annoying. It was well past 10pm and we were trying to sleep because we were traveling early the next morning. We had to call the front desk 2 times about it. They did look into it and eventually it did stop.

The staff was amazing. Nanci was so hospitable and went out of her way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I have traveled all over the world and lived in hotels regularly for work for years and I must stay this is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Now that we found Springhill by Notre Dame we will be back for our next visit to Notre Dame. My only regret is that I didn’t get to say goodbye to Nanci to thank her again for making me feel so welcome. Oh and I also love the patio with the gas fire pit. Spent my free time there.

Very friendly and helpful staff, each one of them! They were always ready to help. Special call out to Desiree at the front desk! :) Nice, clean hotel with a pretty good location, as most places were close by.

The breakfast could be better with more variety, especially for people who do not eat pork.

Room was clean and spacious. It was nicely updated and the daybed/trundle bed was perfect- gave us 4 beds which was perfect for our family of 5.

The breakfast was okay- the food was fine it was just that they seemed to have some trouble keeping it stocked.

we arrived to overflowing trash cans every where. Spoke to evening front desk and employee vacuuming lobby. they acknowledged overflowing trash cans but we woke up to cans still overflowing. Monday am staff much more responsive. Front desk and breakfast attendant had front can emptied.

Pretty clean and cozy. There were little things like our TP holder was broken but the room was really nice and the bed was so comfortable! Pool was small and pool area didn't seem super well kept but we still swam and had a good time. Breakfast was great and room was awesome

Room size and cleanliness. All the staff was wonderful. Lady in charge of buffet in morning absolutely fantastic. The overnight desk clerk beyond cheerful. Both women are an asset to your company.

Door to bathroom didn't work well. Just needs adjusting. I know frosted glass looks nice in sliding door, but puts too much light in room in middle of the night.

Would like to thank Ms Shelly, we had to leave early in the AM and it was a little bit before breakfast was to start but Ms Shelly was so nice and she prepared some breakfast sandwiches for us to take with us. Thank Ms Shelly!!

Super clean everywhere. Staff was fantastic and would like to say James did a fantastic job. He made anyone who came thru the door welcomed. He has great leadership skills. The lady who set up the breakfast also did a fantastic job. When a company takes care of their employees, those employees will make the company “shine”! Encouragement goes a long way. Thanks Jan
