Wonderful staff very friendly, rooms vary clean, staff not only friendly with people but also with pets. they have a spot for pet to use the bathroom and a waste can for you to put the waste in and provide bags for the waste, staff are vary helpful, They have a store so you can buy things if you forget something or just want something to eat without going out. Lets face it we all get them days you get back and just want to relax and eat. Grab what you want as you walk in the door and go to your room. Love when I walk to the desk and the day shift staff always say good morning, good afternoon, and joke around with guest makes you feel welcomed and at home. Like you are family :)

I enjoyed that the room had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The staff was amazing, making sure that everything was in good condition and I was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again, and recommend to everyone.

The location did not offer breakfast. Had to go out and eat.

The room was great. It had a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and everything necessary to eat. It even had a coffee maker and a package of coffee. If you were staying for several days, it would really be nice.

My room cost $125.00, for that price the motel should at least offer continental breakfast. All the other motels in the area that I looked at either offered breakfast or continental breakfast. If you got a cup of coffee or a donut they cost $3.50 each,

Clean room. Friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff. A feeling of safety and security.

Didn’t have a printed television channel guide. But after some scrolling through the guide on the television we finally located something of interest. A printed guide would have saved us some time and frustration and given us a starting point.

Very clean and a nice friendly welcome. Very clean and friendly. The room was great, spacious, and had all the amenities you could want except ice! Staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s was extremely lean and well kept. The staff showed absolute professionalism courtesy. I’ll highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the South Bend, IN area.

There’s wasn’t anything I didn’t enjoy about our stay.

I was able to check in about 90 minutes before 3pm. This was wonderful because I had been awake for over 30 hours. The person at the counter was excellent. I really appreciate that. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thanks!

I stayed on the 3rd floor my first stay passing through. That room was really nice. Return passing through i stayed on the first floor. This room was kinda rough. I had such a great experience the first stay i endure the second stay. The head of house Renee Shorter. (I believe that her name). She was awesome she took care to take care of my family. This is a excellent employee. Thanks Renee for being you.

The location in perspective to ND stadium was great. When were able to check in early, 1:00 p.m. Staff was very pleasant.

Unfortunately, the neighborhood was a little sketchy. It borders on a little scary. I would not have felt safe alone at night by myself.
