Beautiful house, nice sized room, very clean, inside of house was very quiet

It shouldn't matter who it is booked through, info on what house a person is staying at should be easily given. I read every email, even messaged with someone about parking but still never was told the address on the emails was not where I was staying. Confusing and annoying. Lots of loud street traffic. Cleaning fee seemed excessive for one night.

I stayed in Avanti Houses room 4 for two nights and its been a great time for me. Great to meet Don. The house is well decorated and those who love automobiles will be fascinated by the avanti collections. Close to the museum and not far from the airport. I truly recommend this place.

Avanti is a thematic lodging, if you like cars and the history related to that brand, this is your place, anyway, the attention and comfort of being in the center of the city is quite nice because you have everything at hand.

I am quite auditory, what should be possible is to try that the air conditioner does not have such a loud sound during its operation.

The house is very unique and interesting. The entire well place is well taken care of, clean, tidy, comfortable, inviting and in addition has a snack giving out on a daily basis. Cassandra from staff is very helpful and kind. The place is super close to everything I needed (maximum of 14 min walk). Super interesting people coming over. AND last but not least - good value for money.

Well...the place was a bit cold most of the time....I guess that it is the season but I did expect a bit more. I had a room with only a toilet so sharing a shower is a thing you should come prepared for.

Unfortunately you are sharing the space with other guests and you can't always control who those guests are... That being said, management is very quick to follow up on any issues or complaints!

Beautiful home. Very clean, handy for town, restaurants, sight seeing. Easy to get to, good parking areas. Host was knowledgeable of the area and very personable.

Pillows on the bed were not firm enough for our liking, host did find us an extra pillow. Personal taste tho and others may find them perfectly fine.

My 16 yr. old son loved the car history and all the stuff to look at.

Dripping faucet in Rm. #4 bathroom. Bathroom rugs could stand an update. I think a smoke alarm might have been beeping to indicate low battery. No lights were on downstairs when we entered after dark, making it difficult to find our room.

Grab and go snacks were great and coffee and open kitchen concept was perfect for me. The location was great to town and college near by. Only downfall is a busy road with traffic but historical area was nice and road is wide and parking out back is a great fix. I will use it again the next time I need to stay the night. Thank you

I did not like not introducing myself to other guests at the house during my stay but did not want to be rude.

Beautiful old house and taken care of. Location to my class was only 1.5 miles away. Communications was easy. I enjoyed walking the house and reading history and the seeing collection in the house.

Nothing major, the house is a beautiful older house and is taken care of. But with older houses the floors do tend too creek in some places. (Like I said, nothing major and being more picky about that).
