Very beautiful vintage large residential house, in outstanding condition with gorgeous wood floors and trim. Best lodging for the price. Far exceeded any expectation. Highly recommended, and checking in was super simple.

We arrived in the evening and stayed only one night due to personal circumstances, but we would love to visit again for a longer stay. We were pleased with the friendliness of the hostess and the ease of communicating with her by phone and text. We enjoyed waking up in our comfortable and cozy room, decorated with charming artwork and literary proverbs, and browsing other spaces and nooks in the house with inviting art and book collections. We barely skimmed what's on offer in this venerable house and would love to return for a longer stay.

Beautiful, cozy, clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend it to my traveling friends. Thank you, for making a travel trip, feel a little more at home in the best way, I needed that.

Label the cabinet with the trash bins, please, was a bit of a search. The water heater could use a little help, I'm all for the benefits of a cool shower, but a good hot shower after being on the road would have been the icing on the cake. Other than that, I had a simply awesome stay.

A beautifully restored Victorian both inside and out. We stayed in the blue room, it was very comfortable. The street is gorgeous, half a mile of stunning houses and mansions from the same period. We want to distance ourselves from an earlier, harshly critical reviewer who decided to spend the night at a hotel rather than at the property because the street was supposedly unsafe. We simply find this incomprehensible.

All was great.

The host was very accommodating on our check in time, and was clear on the self-check in procedure. There was plenty of space for relaxing, and the full kitchen was a nice option, for a longer stay.

The television was difficult to maneuver, and had very few familiar channels, but it was a minor inconvenience.

It is in a beautifully restored old home. I loved that the hosts kept the character of the space with details like leaving the old radiators, large windows, crown molding and leaded glass. It was immaculate. We reserved a room with a private bathroom. It was the size of a small apartment. Beautiful, roomy, and cozy. It was literally 2 min from the venue where my daughter and her friend were attending an event. I was able to get comfy, relax and work on some business things while they were out. There was also plenty of parking in the back of the property. The hosts were prompt in responding to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!!

I helped myself to the coffee in the Kitchen. That was all I had for breakfast. I had breakfast at a restaurant in South Bend.

I wish Notre Dame would have WHOOPED The Buckeyes. All I got for graduating from Columbus State Community College was a shot at The Money in The Ohio State University Football Lottery. The Buckeyes do not pay when they lose. I will be going to Columbus to celebrate Columbus Day. Maybe I can go to The Game, and CHEER For PENN STATE. I really hope somebody WHOOPS The Buckeyes.

I will book a room for the Ohio State/Notre Dame football game in September. It will cost over $400 to go to The Ohio State Game. I may want to stay for the Central Michigan Game it will only cost $51.00 to go to The CMU Game in South Bend.

I liked everything... I just needed a place to sleep.

I went by myself it was perfect for me. My brother got married I needed a place to sleep and shower. I will stay there again.

Can't say much I like everything.
