Breakfast was fine, they stop at 9 a lot of hot stuff was gone by 8:15. The hotel was very clean, the first night they had a problem with the pool, so no swimming. The pool is closed on Sundays. There was no hot water to shower with on Sat. No water from the drinking fountain to fill water cups. Our room also had no hair dryer , others did. The staff was friendly.

Pool needs to be open each day. Kids were very disappointed.

As a 20 year old on a ski trip, it felt like a safe hotel and area and was the only hotel around that would let us stay there as other hotels have 21+ check in, while it was 18+ at this one.

I think the flooring in the bathroom could’ve been a little more updated as the cracks between the wood tiles were not filled in and could see visible dirt buildup. Tiles themselves looked clean though.

Wife loved the breakfast, said it was very good. The back door being available for pets is a HUGE plus. Everyone I talked to on staff was so polite. That's a refresher!

I couldn't change the television input. Hotels have to know by now that people want their own entertainment, not cable TV. Being stuck with only cable all weekend is something that will make me not come back.

The bathroom floors were dirty I went over them with wet paper towels and the towels came up black We had to wear shoes around the room we couldn’t just wear socks as the floors r filthy

If you’re getting off the turnpike, this is a super easy location to get to: just drive straight! Easy to find and the night staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was quite good!

The room was right next to an external door, so I heard the door slamming all night. Some mold issues in the bathroom, but other than that, no cleanliness issues. The room did smell a little bit, but I suspect that a heavy smoker rented it before me and the smell was lingering.

It was a very clean place. The breakfast was great. If we needed anything they were very helpful!

Only thing I had trouble with was being able to go sit at the pool while watching the kids swim because it was really hot in pool room

Front desk man was very nice white hair man I liked how it was dark in room. Love that there was no pet fee. Love how the pool was worm great prices. Great atmosphere. Nice clean room accept blanket. Great location.

Booked a king size room and when checked in they informed us they did not have king bed available. The room had an order like wet carpet but never found anything wet. Overall good place

I love this hotel. This was the 3rd time we stayed here!

I only used the swimming pool once during my first stay and felt the chills afterwards. Not sure if something was up with the water.

The breakfast was good. You need to change it up a bit. Have bacon once in awhile, sausage patties instead of links. We enjoyed the room. Nice and cozy.

The bathroom shower floor was slippery. Needs some grippers on the floor. Also, the tile in the bathroom was broken.
