-Comfortable beds and clean spaces -The staff was very kind!!! - Decoration was nice - Very quiet and nature friendly atmosphere - The pool had just the perfect amount of chlorine (my kids skin is very sensitive so this was a plus) -Breakfast was good (I loved the coffee)

-Clogged drain in the tub - Even though I loved the coffee, I would prefer having the option to drink it in a regular cup instead of a paper cup :)… -When I arrived to the hotel, they asked me to pay when I have already paid through Booking the day before (I hope they don’t really charge me twice) They said that that was because booking didn’t share the payment information with them …

The breakfast was very good with a good variety. My room was by the elevator which wasn't too noisey. Next time I would request a room away from the elevator. My daughter stayed across the hall from my room and she was next to the ice machine, which woke her up when someone got ice. Next time she would stay away from the icemaker. Rooms were updated and very comfortable. Tv streaming service was appreciated and convenient. The rooms and all facilities were very clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I will stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was ok. It was nice that we didn't have to leave the hotel for food. I thought that the egg omelette could have been warmer. I think that they had been setting in the warmer for a while and it just didn't taste as fresh. Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and we would stay here again.

Clean, modern room had a beautiful bathroom and shower with plenty of hot water. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was typical continental style, limited choices, but good.

Bed was not comfortable. Property address was not usable with the GPS. Even using Google, the Fairfield Inn didn't come up in the search results. TV remote control was spongy and unresponsive to change channels.

tv selections were limited.....pool way too small and had a 'maintenence' sign on door the whole six days we were here with NO workers (don't think they didn't want anyone to drown in the oversized bath-tub)

Great location , the property looked very appealing and nice.

The only problem we had was the room above ours they started making lord thumping noises like someone was dropping something. It started about 2:30 Saturday morning for about 2 hrs.

The hotel was beautifully designed, and so were the rooms. I spent an afternoon studying in the lounge because it has these lovely little quiet nooks and good wifi. The gym was quiet and clean. The breakfast was really nice - The ham and cheese croissants were delicious and the coffee was the nicest I’ve EVER had from a hotel. We love our Starbucks and we actually skipped our morning Starbucks! ( But conveniently there is a Starbucks right next door. ) The staff were kind and helpful. If you’re considering where to stay in Goshen, I highly recommend this place.

The hotel wasn't very full & yet we managed to have someone stomping around at midnight in the room above us & neighbors that managed to come in at 4:00 am & go in and out, slamming the door each time.

Everything about the place was very very nice, enjoyed my weekend.

I guess I didn’t know you had to request housekeeping, and I feel uncomfortable calling them up for room service. Housekeeping should’ve at least checked on us.

Desk clerk was very helpful with checking in

Booking was put in wrong which made it hard for desk clerk to find our reservation ( from Booking.com)
