The hotel was clean, recently renovated. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The staff was friendly, and the hot breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, including cold food options like cereal and yogurt and fruit. If I am in Goshen again, I will stay here! This hotel checks all the boxes.

The only reason I did not give this place a 10 is because the window shades did not keep the parking lot light out. No one could see in, but the light was too bright for me to sleep. Had I known I would have brought my sleep mask, I like it dark to sleep. The pillows were not comfortable for me, but I did not give them a mark down for this as I have neck and shoulder issues, and I am always changing my pillows for comfort. I liked that they provided a firm and a soft pillow on the bed that would suit most. I will stay here again when in Goshen.

We had a good stay. Rooms are nice, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was great!! We would stay again!!

There were a few things in our room to be fixed. Trim missing and loose tiles in the bathroom.

The breakfast was awesome. My only suggestion would be a bit larger coffee cup. I realize They are probably supplied by Holiday Inn in general, but they are difficult to drink from and are not big enough for a sufficient amount of coffee.

Breakfast was amazing. It was quite. Very good location.

Pool wasn't open. The girl that checked me in wasn't very friendly. There was hair all over the bathroom. Not enough towels and wash cloths.

Call One to everything, very clean, and everyone was very nice.

Pool. Had just gotten a new heater and the water temperature was still too cold to swim.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was really great.

The only thing was being able to hear the people in the room above us moving and walking around.

the bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. the air conditioner worked. there was a mini fridge.

the toilet was in the same room as the bathtub which made it difficult to house multiple people when one person is taking a shower and another person needs to poo. the only ice machine was located in the lobby which isn't terribly annoying but still.

Breakfast was good and very adequate. There was plenty of comfortable seating for our group and the hours of operation we great

The room was a little musty smelling

Rooms were spacious and the food was hot & fresh.

The pool was over chlorinated. Our eyes were burning and the kids were coughing choking coughing from the fumes.

The breakfast was very Good had plenty to offer!

That the place I booked room Thur would let me cancel when the said I could cancel days before I advised!
