The room was comfortable and welcoming. I liked the sink being outside of the shower/toilet area. I could get ready while my husband was in the shower. Worked out very well.

The television was SO HARD to figure out, and there were no instructions on how to use it anywhere in the room. My husband had to go back down to the lobby and they sent someone up right away, and he was able to do whatever needed to be done to get us the hockey game we wanted to watch, but very frustrating to not be able to figure out how to get it to work. Some instructions on the use of the remote/TV would be great!!

Close to everything. Breakfast was ok minimal items. We had handicap room. Location was 3rd floor right off elevator so that was ok. Had the wheel in shower and a seat. Many food options close as well as an aldis and Walmart

There was No soap holder in bathroom shower.

Came in for a funeral last minute and the stay was nice.. staff was pleasant.. hotel was clean.. bed was comfort and the price was excellent!

Didn’t like there was no hotel details found in the room didn’t know what time the pool was open or when it closed unless I went down to the pool… and couldn’t close the shade out curtains.. this didn’t hinder my stay tho.. breakfast options were not good could only get biscuit’s and gravy or waffles 😞 definitely no fresh fruit like the details of hotel state but I survived until after the funeral…

Room was very large and clean. Plenty of towels and the bed was very comfortable

The black out curtains did not close so light came through. When we checked in, asked where the room was. Employee just told us to go that way. And pointed in the wrong direction

Location was central to everything. Breakfast was decent, usual buffet choices with the added bonus of biscuits and gravy.

Cleanliness could have been a little better.

The staff were super nice the room were clean the pool was fun!! We loved the breakfast and the rooms

Most was very nice.

There were cookie wrappers next to the chair that had never been cleaned up. The mirror was filthy.

Huge rooms, comfy beds, clean, and great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing to say here, had no bad experiences at this hotel.
