This hotel is the perfect stay for Agra and couldn’t recommend it more. The rooms are spacious and done nicely. The pool area is lovely and perfect to refresh after a day exploring. The Wi-Fi worked well too. It’s an ideal spot away from the chaos of Agra. The location was great and about a 10/15min rickshaw ride away from the Taj.

The hotel organised taxis are much more expensive than Uber / getting it on the street.

We stayed in room no. 305 - huge room - plenty of space. Bath is nice too. Clean & comfortable. Well located on the Fatehabad road - not too far from Taj. Metro is just across the road. Plenty of restaurants, shops nearby. We had nice dinner buffet for Rs. 799 each - good value for money.

Breakfast was a let down in the same restaurant. Amongst the cut fruits, Papaya was still more or less raw. Options were available but everything lacked in taste. Poha was quite bad. Idli was just OK while sambar was too salty - coconut chutney was nice though. AC was too strong - many guests complained - it was reduced after a while.

Lovely clean big room. The bed was one of those that you sink into.Very comfortable bed. Got treated very, very well by the staff including security on the door who were also very pleasant. The hotel has a lovely pool and we especially liked it when the sun went down and the outdoor lights come on over the pool. Got welcomed with complimentary fruit juice. A massive win, was that the car beeping and dog barks you normally hear in India didn't happen at this hotel allowing for a good night's sleep. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would honestly recommend it and if we ever came back to Agra would certainly choose this hotel again.

We had a lovely experience at Royale Sarovar Portico in Agra. Conveniently located near the Taj Mahal and the Mohabbat the Taj show, this location is perfect for exploring the city. This hotel can help you arrange anything you need in the city. They arranged excursions for our family of 3 for the same day we arrived. The staff is very polite and helpful. I purchased a Saree dress for my daughter (age 12) to take pictures in the Taj Mahal but I had no idea about how to wrap my daughter in it. Mrinalini from the front desk came to my rescue. She dressed my daughter and made her look like a movie star. I am so grateful to her for her assistance during this trip, she also setup our tours. As far as the hotel itself it was very clean and comfortable. Our room had everything we needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Agra, I would definitely come back.

First we reached the hotel, which is very close—I’d say near Agra Cantt or Agra Fort railway station. The hotel is located on Fatehabad Road, and the Taj Mahal is just about 2 km away. All the popular restaurants are also on the same road, so overall, the location is awesome. Now coming to the first impression of the hotel—everything was good. The place was comfortable, and the staff was very polite. I would say it’s truly a four-star hotel. I stayed there with my family for two days, and we didn’t notice a single negative point.

Facilities. Restaurant. Soundproof rooms. Nice but cold pool. Nice spa.

Lazy and impatient front desk staff. Restaurant and spa staff were very nice. Cold pool. Unpleasant smell on the second floor and dirty AC.

The hotel is overall great in terms of facilities and cleanliness. Location is also quite central and close to the Taj Mahal.

The service was mixed. While the breakfast staff was excellent, the staff at the reception was more mixed. For example we tried to arrange a pickup from the train station prior to our arrival and got no response via Booking.com, despite several attempts to reach out.

Great location, close by to metro stations and the main attractions and sights in Agra. I arrived 2 hours prior to check-in time and was given a room promptly which was amazing after my journey from Delhi! The bed was so comfortable - one of the comfiest beds I have ever experienced.

The room was fantastic, however, you could hear every noise from the upstairs, next door and the corridor.

Stayed for 1 night to see Taj Mahal - only 10 min drive away. Nice clean room, really comfortable bed. Nice small pool on bottom floor which we didnt end up using. Staff and service very good 😊 Allowed late checkout for no extra charge.

Damp smell in the room. Breakfast wasn't too great, restaurant food for dinner and lunch was average. We opted to stay in other than seeing the Taj as we didn't like the nearby area/feel that safe but feel this is Agra in general rather than fault of the hotel.

The hotel was sin very convenient location, near newly built Metro station . The stuffs were sufficiently helpful and attentive. The facilities were excellent with pool was a delightful addition. The restaurant was running all day and night and provided a variety of options. We came later afternoon and we still managed to have lunch. The breakfast options were sufficient. The room was comfortably lit, with nice view. The toiletries were also provided . Altogether a pleasant stay .

The breakfast options were sufficient but could be expanded a bit we felt. Also coffee machine was not there and only instant coffee was provided. Other than that, we find nothing that we could dislike about this place. In the lobby and restaurant, there were a lot of mosquitos. If authorities can look into it, that's great.
