Beautiful, clean. The location is perfect and peaceful. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing.

The locks didn’t work properly, and the fans did not work great. They rent out a building for parties and the music was too loud but it wasn’t terrible. The towels were not great either. They need better pool and bathroom towels.

The facilities and the location is very nice for biking and hiking among the the sugar cane fields and mountain hills. The staff is very helpful and friendly

The restaurant is very slow on preparing the meals even though the food is great !

Subpar room amenities: for the price range of the hotel ($250 per night), I would expect A/C in the room, hot water (only lukewarm water), a comfortable bed (the mattress was very hard), quality linens (poor quality rough towels), working internet connection (each room had a WiFi router with no working connection)

Location is great. And the property is amazing, lots of nature, trees and birds, it was lovely yo wake up to the birds chirping in the morning.

The rooms that we stayed over are updated, the shower was not great, nor the bathroom fixtures. They need an updated. The rooms in the main building were newly remodel and they were much better than ours. It was very hot, specially at night, AC would be a big upgrade.

There were things that we really liked like the disposition from the staff and some of the facilities like the pool and the grounds. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

We just felt the rooms were not up to the standards of the price we paid. You just expect better finishes from the rooms at this price and there were functional but very basic with rough finishes. Also, some of the staff had a hard time with their own menus, and sometimes (for example breakfast) they would forget to bring a plate that was included with the meal until they were reminded of it.
