Lovely overnight stay here to visit Orléans and escape the Paris heat! The staff and hotel are super nice with excellent facilities and lovely grounds (including pétanque, children's play area, tennis courts, gardens to explore, games room etc...) The pool is small but still lovely for a plunge! The rooms are nice and clean and I appreciated the little eco touches (no water bottles, automatic hallway lighting...) Will definitely visit again, thank you!

Breakfast and the restaurant was a little overpriced but the service and quality was impeccable.

decorations, the hotel has character and makes the stay aesthetically pleasing. the toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel was from ritual and that was a very big bonus and pleasure to shower as the shower also was with good pressure and water temperature was great .

staff not friendly at all. don't look like they are happy to work there. breakfast options limited. and had to boil my own egg which is just unnecessary and annoying. the breakfast bowls and coffee mugs were chipped ! i find eating and drinking out of that completely gross.

We arrived and met by an extremely helpful receptionist. She was cheerful and spoke good English . We went to the room and unfortunately the room had not been cleaned. When I went back to her she came and looked and immediately b changed our room and upgraded us . The restaurant staff were really helpful and the food reasonable and excellent. Plenty of choice The hotel location was excellent for us as a good place to stop over on the way down south . Plenty of parking too

Clean , really comfortable bed , secure car park. Grounds for the dog. Lovely staff. Nice decor in the restaurant.

Found the meals in the night could have had an extra to them like vegetables etc. the steak was €29 excellent quality but it needed some sort of vegetables. It wasn’t enough for my husband. I had the leak gratin. That could have done with fries or bread. Something to go with it. I felt the meals were too expensive.

Hotel was really nice , family room was a decent size with a double bed and double sofa bed. Staff really friendly and pool and outside facilities were great for the kids. Breakfast buffer very good lots to choose from.

It's very noisy outside the room on the long corridor, lots of kids running up and down very early in the morning , I've got young kids too and deem that very inconsiderate. Dinner service was terrible, they seemed to have a meltdown, and we waited an hour between courses. It's not great when you're all hungry.

We found the room finally given to us comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the food and service in the restaurant . Great place to stay on our way down to the south

Unfortunately our room was not serviced and cleaned on arrival . Sadly this was our second visit to the hotel in the last 3 months and the same thing happened on our last visit . However the staff were excellent and immediately upgraded us to a better room .

We booked as an overnight stay on route to Spain for Christmas, great location, very quiet, just off the motorway, petrol station very close by, great location. Staff were ultra friendly and helpful, they all spoke great English which is good as my French is shocking.

The only fault, we are both big coffee drinkers & after we'd had a shocking trip over due to delays & accidents on the toll roads we could only get a coffee from the bar and couldn't make one in the room, minor if you don't want coffee but we'd been on the road from 6am and arrived at the hotel around 22:30. Another slightly odd "addition" to the room was a cross trainer, dumbbells and a bench, but had I been travelling with work on my own, I'd have probably used them, not a criticism, just odd.

Who would not smile when seeing an old Citroën DS cut in half and transformed into armchairs near the reception desk? There’s also a lovely scent oozing out of the communal areas. Our youngest child made the most of the swimming pool and the game’s room. She only walked away when I showed her my true table tennis skills. Later, as the sun was setting, a couple of guitar players did their best to distract a pretty indifferent crowd, in the large back garden.

What we tried from the evening menu was fine but felt disappointing in contrast with the range of inventive and generous meals we were lucky to enjoy in the South of France, the week before.

Room was very spacious and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and lots to choose from as part of an easy self service. The location was ideal for us, a bit busy travelling to the hotel but we were travelling at rush hour! Once there, it was peaceful and had everything we needed for a restful night in between a long journey.

Really welcoming property lovely lobby area. Extremely dog friendly was given bowls by reception. The water machine and glass bottles in the lobby was great which meant we could have as much cold and sparkling water in the room. The bed was big and super comfy. The additional sofa bed was lovely and spacious especially when travelling with a dog. The rooms have been modernised and are tastefully decorated. We used this as an overnight pitstop whilst travelling in France so didn’t make use of the other facilities like the pool.
