Everything the staff treated us well they were humble, they communicated with us Replied when we send messages to them and also greeted us they were not rushing us to leave on our checking out day So I loved that about them

They just lost points on not giving us a tour of the property and also we didn't receive any rules of the property which made us helpless not knowing if what we are doing is ok or not

The friendly service of the staff. They prepared my breakfast even though I could not make it to breakfast and they even extended my late check out to make use of their facilities after my race. Thanks!!

Two draw backs: the chair in my room unfortunately did not fit in. Looked like an old office chair with dirty marks on. The bedding especially the pillow covers, although fairly clean appears to have seen better days.

We were pleasantly surprised with the GREAT, friendly professional service we received. Customer service was exceptional from the reception. Accommodating our needs. I must say this was the best service/ customer service we received! Compliments to the great staff.

The staff was super friendly. Felt right at home from the moment we stepped into reception. Food was phenomenal and Waitress was just as friendly. Space in the room was amazing and comfortable. Have absolutely no complaints!

The WIFI seemed to have some issues. Full bars wifi, just not transmitting data. Not sure if it was a rare occurrence or it's a regular thing.

There was no mats on the side of bed and at the door of the shower to step in and there was not enough towels it was only 1 big towel to dry the body, no towel for the head and to wipe my hands in the bathroom

The personnel helped me with my sister in a wheel chair, with the luggage from my car to room 4, and it was raining that day. The supper was good and the breakfast. The personnel was friendly and nice accommodations.

The hospitality and assertiveness from reception. The setup of the room. Friendliness of the cleaning staff. Reception and cleaning staffs readiness to assist. The male cleaner outside most friendly and helpful.

The roof had a leak which rained in and we reported. The DSTV did not work for the entire weekend. The bedding blanket was not changed for the whole weekend. Coffee and refreshments weren't daily refreshed.

I had a special request to reserve and set up a table differently for breakfast the following morning, it was my partner's birthday. The team exceeded my expectation, the table was well done and it made my partner feel special. Thank you Kuruman Inn 😊.....

The property is old and the bathroom was not nicely renovated.

The breakfast was fantastic and I enjoyed it. The place was okay, just that the ants were a bit of a problem but other then that everything was okay.

Everything was okay, just the WI-FI connection was not good.
