A secret Home in a Mall. We stayed here for 2 nights and the room is clean with arge comfy bed and pillows. Facilities are all working. Location is very convenient, 15 minutes away to the airport. /near bus station. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Will surely book again in this hotel. Kudos to the friendly and respectful staff of Go Hotels Butuan!!

The only downside is you can hear the noise from the outside. Rooms are not soundproof.

Easy access to anywhere, near the mall, restaurant and all.

The BDO ATM machine thats is located at the back of elevator needs fixing, please have BDO bank operator fix that machine. I attempted to withdraw P10,000 but receipt says unable to dispense but in my debit bank account it deducted 179, dollars which is equivalent to P10,000. Please have that ATM machine fixed and before another guest complains. Thank you.

Courteous and accommodating staff (front desk and security guards attend to your needs promptly) prime location in mall with lots of dining and shopping options; accessible to transportation; clean room with comfortable beds and pillows; value for money

Would have appreciated room cleaning at least once during our 4-night stay; noise from outside the room from other occupants could be heard (room is near elevator so some groups would converge outside our room to use the elevator)

❌ It was costly for someone traveling alone like me; I wished they offered single bedrooms. I stayed for a total of 9 nights, and it really stretched my budget! 😭 ❌ No slippers ❌ Bathroom door's glass need more cleaning

I like everything. The room is cozy and super big, staff are really friendly and happy all the time. They are really accommodating and knows how to cater their guests :) The breakfast was really delicious.

It was already stated that there were no cleaning services during that time when we got the keycard.. its okay though but it was really good if someone would make up the room so that when we get back to the hotel, everything will be as clean as the first day when we arrived. Though we cleaned it but you know its just that its more favorable if they provided something for us to clean But they provide clean towels and rags when we requested. :)

I thought there was a desk for studying or working since we had to study for three nights with my roommate. We told the staff if there's a place for us to study but there's none. So we just ended up going out somewhere, and it cost us a few pesos. I also expected that they'll offer us a chair or desk but nah. But overall, It's still a good hotel to go to. Just check in advance if they have a desk and a chair if you need to work during the stay.

Go hotels butuan is in the building of Robinsons mall hence it is a very good location. there are restaurants and fastfood nearby and a few are open 24hrs so you can always pop out for midnight snacks. hospitals and banks nearby. Very friendly staff. I have a baby and I needed to sterilise bottles through microwave and they were always happy to let me use their microwave to sterilise bottles and my pumps.

The shower head was not spotless clean.

I liked that the hot and cold shower is functional. Comfy bed and pillows. Clean room and respectful and attentive staffs. A/C is really cold! Hehe we turn it off pero malamig parin.. naka tipid kayo sa amin kasi saglit lang kami nag A/C. Hehe we will definitely book there again.

Empty Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash container. Though I brought mine in case there are no inclusions, but there is a container, just empty.. There are cobwebs at the corner of the ceiling. Please always make sure that room is 100% ready to accept the next guest. However, overall experience was OKAY.. Great help on location cos my transactions are at Robinsons Mall (DFA and PRC). Suggest lang sa mga room cleaners to always look the 4 corners of the room including the ceiling.

The aircon can sometimes be temperamental but functional

It is located right in the mall, opposite the bus terminal and centrally located to accessibility to all parts of the city. The best part were the beds, huge beds, one of the best I have seen so far in terms of size.
