The hotel is located in the middle of nature, a perfect place to rest, perfect service, delicious food in the restaurant It's not the newest hotel, but it's not a problem, you can feel very comfortable there I highly recommend! :)

I LOVED IT. We were on our honeymoon. When we arrived they were waiting on us to take our luggage to our villa. Helped us with check in, explained everything well. The people that work there are so friendly! They loved to have a little chat, had so much respect, and really took care of the place.

The booking site said everything needed to be paid cash upon arrival, so we transferred like, a lot of money. When we checked in though they told us it was dangerous to have that amount in cash and that payment by card was preferred. So the communication there could be a bit better.

I arrived at night at the hotel, so it was dark and couldn't see much. But to wake up to the sounds of nature and the green views was something else. The Private Villa - with pool, was cute and cosy. If you want a 5 Star super modern hotel, this isn't your place. If you want a beautiful villa that is super comfy, that is still very modern with beautiful view of the forrest and a sense of tranquility. This is your spot. When I go back to Bali, and if I go to a busy area like Kuta for a few days. I would absolutely, have my last few days spent at Bali Masari. It is a quiet getaway to reset your mind and body. To say the staff went above and beyond, would be an understatement. I can't wait to go back here.

Lots of stairs to get around the different areas of the hotel facilities, and its only a negative thing because I am so unfit. But I did enjoy the cardio after a while. The 1 major down side to this spot its remote location. You will need to take a cab each time you want to visit another spot, as its remote for the peace and quiet. I would recommend getting the app "goJack" (their version of Uber-Eats) if you want to get non hotel food (which tasted good and wasn't too pricey) Cause there are no food options in walking distance.

Value for money was an understatement. Bali Masari Villas are exceptional for the money paid. The staff were delightful and could not do enough for us to make us feel welcome. The food was glorious and was thoroughly enjoyed by my self, my wife and my daughter. Wayan was an exceptional host, and could not be more helpful in making our stay welcome and was more than happy to suggest places to visit and even take us there and back. My wife and daughter thoroughly enjoyed the massage and spa . This place is a hidden gem and for the money cannot be faulted. The pool was beautiful as was the scenery. The villa was very clean and all the staff are a credit to Bali Masari. Definitely would recommend for a relaxing , peaceful , inexpensive stay. Thankyou to all the staff for making our first visit to Bali a memorable one.

Beautiful location away from busy tourist areas. Awesome pool to cool you off after our daily sightseeing trips. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned every day. Their restaurant served us indonesian breakfast and we also dined there multiple times to enjoy local cuisine.

Not really a negative thing but be prepared to take hundreds of steps each day, because villas are located in a steep river valley. Good excercise!

Beautiful quiet villas. We stayed in No 5 with a private pool and it was just gorgeous waking up overlooking the jungle. Also when swimming has a great view. Absolutely stunning villa on the river. The staff were helpful, kind and welcoming, they felt like family by the end of my stay. Thank you especially to Komo for the wonderful conversations as he drove me around town.

I didn't want to leave

The setting was wonderful with great views of the jungle and river. The villa was spacious and comfortable with a lounge room, small private pool and kitchen facilities. The infinity pool had a great view and was quite large.

Many stairs to climb to get to the villa.

The location, staff, environment was exceptional. We loved the hospitality, and also the calm and peaceful environment there.

Window blinds were not working properly.
