The location is very good, nearby free parking and quite centrally located in town. Check-in went smooth, even though it was very busy (local town party and some touring buses had just arrived). Everything was clean and the shower was very good with free toiletries provided. Also the road towards Fuente Dé is pretty spectacular!

One of the bedroom reading lights was broken, but it was nice they had reading lamps at all. The town itself is pretty boring.

We have stayed at the hotel a number of times. It’s a beautiful quaint hotel, set in amongst the most amazing scenery. It is breathtaking! The rooms are comfortable, with views to die for. Meals are great value and delicious. Staff can’t do enough to help you. Underground secure parking, which is a plus for us, as we travel on a motorbike. Why would you not stop here!?!

Duff Marks  Not cheap  Small room  Noisy as hell as it was some 'daffodill' fiesta/street party which was fine and music went on till 7.00am...then market setting up! Not much sleep 

The best hotel for the biking fraternity in Northern Spain. Great staff, great facilities, including free garaging for motorbikes and a drying room which proved very useful after a days rain. The lake views are stunning and the food in the bar superb. Staff (especially OB) were very friendly and obliging. All in all, a great experience.

Absolutely nothing..

We rented one of their appartments, which is in a nearby building a couple of hundred metres from the hotel. The two bedroom apartment wa clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our two night stay. Even though we were not staying in the hotel itself, we were still able to use the underground parking for our bikes and the hotel bar was the nicest spot in town for beer and tapas.

Breakfast was not included in the apartment price, and we found the hostel next door had the best value breakfast in town. Get the cooked breakfast, thoroughly recommended.

Traditional family run hotel. Perfect stopover for visiting Reino whilst on the Picos route. We had a delicious meal in their restaurant. Lovely staff, especially a fun guy from Pensilvania. Great value & plenty of street parking as the town is very quiet at night.

The location is very central, the room was big and functional and the bathroom newly remodeled. The check in was super fast and uncomplicated. The bar/restaurant has a nice terreace behind the house with a view on the lake, mountains and church square.

The double bed in the apartment needs changing. It was rubbery and viscous all at the same time. Very noise as we changed position at night. Not suitable for a nice night’s sleep.

Comfortable beds and good size room. The food here is actually really good too! Nice terrace with view of the lake

The door to our room was left open by staff upon returning one morning. Anyone could have entered and stolen something

We have stayed here several times, twice this year (June 2023), it a quirk lovely place, part hotel, part pub. We met up again with the Rumanian waiter who really does make the stay special, we hope the owners value him as much as we do. Our room had stunning view of the lake & mountains, if a little damp that day. The drive over the San Gloria Pass to Potes is a must do thing. Enjoy !!
